Mandy Webkinz here with a Special Report on… my new Buddy!
Readers, I’m so excited to introduce you to my new Pet Buddy, Cinder. I’m always admiring the adorable Pet Buddies following players around when I visit the Trading Room. So when Webkinz announced that Pet Buddies would be returning to pets’ rooms with our last update, I knew I needed this adorable baby dragon!
Did you know that it was Webkinz players who helped to hatch the original Cinder? It’s true! Raziel the dragon from Adventure Park, needed to keep the egg in his nest warm. So many of you helped by adding coal to the nest that a sweet baby dragon was safely hatched!
To celebrate the hatching, a contest was held to name the baby dragon – and that is how Cinder first came to Webkinz World! And that baby dragon was such a cutie, it inspired a whole generation of baby dragon Buddies to follow – AND an arcade game, ‘Hatch the Dragon’!
My baby dragon is so sweet and follows me all around my house, and even to the Clubhouse! The other day I took my baby dragon Buddy for a walk outdoors to enjoy the beautiful fall colors. Can you spot Cinder in the picture below? With its orange scales, it almost blends in with the autumn landscape!
I’m so happy to have this little dragon to keep me company and I can’t wait to introduce it to my friends in the Trading Room! But I have a feeling this won’t be my only Pet Buddy for long! In fact, there’s a pretty cute ghost in Ganz eStore I’ve had my eye on!
Aw, that’s awesome, Mandy Webkinz! Congrats on your new Cinder buddy!! :D It’s funny, too, because I got a Cinder buddy at the estore during the sale, too… great minds think alike, no? ;)

This is off-topic but since this is the most recent article I will post here. There are only four baked goods floating in WW. They are on an irregular schedule but each one appears from 3-9 minutes apart. The fifth one, the danish, never shows up even after waiting for an hour past the last one, the bar. Please add the danish into the mix. Without it we won’t be able to make all the items from the book.
Cute new buddy! Just want to say thanks for having the bake sale floats appear more quickly on the web version – not quite as quickly as on the mobile but way more quickly than the pumpkins. However I only been able to collect 4 of the 5 baked items (donut, tart, pop and bar – in that order). The pastry isn’t floating by! I hope that can get fixed – and it would be nice if the order that they appear was switched up for those who might not be able to stay on long enough to catch them all – or maybe next time we can catch 5 bake sale gift boxes!
Cinder is beautiful !! I have this and the Ghost . Is there any way of asking if they could use all the different GHOSTS from the E-Store and make more ghosts just different. Maybe a black cat or dog as well ?
I couldn’t find him until I enlarged the picture. Then I spotted him right away. I couldn’t even find the Pot Bellied Pig until I enlarged the picture. lol I think I may need new glasses. Better have my eyes checked again soon. Thanks for this special report Mandy. It’s really cute and fun!
