Hey readers! It’s Mandy Webkinz here with another special report – this week from Vacation Island! It’s so cold outside at the Webkinz Newz offices, I thought this would be the perfect time to fly south for the winter! And guess who was waiting to welcome me? That’s right – your favourite turtle and mine, Sheldon!
It’s been a fabulous week so far. I have been hanging out at Coral Cove. It’s like the Clubhouse here on Vacation Island – you can meet and mingle with other Webkinz. I have been playing a lot of ‘Treasures of the Crystal Sea’, but only a little of ‘Don’t Rock the Boat’ – that Ghost Pirate is TERRIFYING!!!
Every day I love to take a stroll around the island. I give the Wheel a spin and I’ve been picking up some souvenirs for my friends from Sheldon. I got Michael a Sea Creature plushy because I know he collects plushies. Since it’s so cold and snowy out, I thought Sally could go sledding in the Comfy Inner Tube. And don’t you think Stephen would look hilarious in the Pineapple hat? And what trip to Vacation Island wouldn’t be complete without a spa day? Then I stop off at the Vacation Island Post Office and send some postcards. My favorite is the winner of our fan-designed postcard contest, Friends Watching a Sunset by princessmadilu!
It’s been a fabulous trip so far. I’m staying in a gorgeous luxury suite at the hotel and every day I take a swim in the lagoon. Check out the resort below! See you when I get back!!!
Its a shame if you are not a deluxe member you are not aloud to go on vacation it is like being punished because you have a lower income. Every one deserves a vacation. Think about it.
