Hello Webkinz Newz readers, Michael Webkinz here with a special report!
When we add a new room theme to the W-Shop, we like to ask for your help with deciding which one to add. The first time we allowed players to choose a new room theme was in 2014. Players had 5 choices to pick from: Sweets & Treats, Plaid, Clothing Store, Toadstool and Lemon Drop. We released a concept drawing of each theme and left it to you to choose by holding a vote, right here on Webkinz Newz.
Players picked the Toadstool theme as their favorite, and it was added to the W-
Shop later that year.
The next theme we released was the Sweet 16 room theme. Once again this was decided by a vote on Webkinz Newz:
Then, we added the hotel theme to the W-Shop. This theme included a variety of items that you could use to build a hotel lobby and guest rooms. We actually released Haunted Hotel items later that year as Halloween prizes, which players could use to “hauntify” their hotels. Spooky!
We also allowed players to vote for our seasonal Halloween and Christmas room themes but the last permanent theme that was added to the W-Shop was the Party Time room theme. This theme was actually suggested by a fan and was picked by players by another vote on Webkinz Newz:
Soon it will be time to add another room theme to the W-Shop which will, once again, be determined by a vote right here on Webkinz Newz. I would like to see an underground room theme. There is nothing like that in all of Webkinz World. It would really be a whole new idea, totally different than anything else we’ve had to choose from. Thanks!
I would also love to see a vintage, 1800s floral theme :)
A doctors office theme would be great!
I would love a Fire Station. We have fire trucks and ambulances to park there. :)
Yes! I’ve wished for a fire station theme ever since I adopted my Salt and Pepper Dalmatian. Station wallpaper, with a bay for different engines, and lockers for the gear, and poles that our webbies can slide down would be fantastic! An animated spraying fire hydrant or hose would really add a lot. I wouldn’t want to frighten anyone, but a miniature house or something with flames on the roof that the firefighters can practice putting out would be awesome! The firefighters do this at our fall fair every year. The kids line up for a carnival game where they shoot water at targets on a model house to put out the “fire” (flickering lights). Then they do a competition between different firehouses to see which team of firefighters can use their different tools, like the jaws of life, to dismantle a wrecked car the fastest. I guess it’s good practice for when they need to help at an accident scene, and the winning firehouse gets bragging rights for a year! Please consider this theme! I’ve been waiting so long!
Pirate theme for sure and I really miss the hockey room theme.
THEME PARK….HOSPITAL…
i would love to see a doctor theme, I (alike many others) have a little town for my webkinz. i have an arcade, a grocery store, a music shop, some food places, and even a cltohes boutique. I would love to see a, doctors office, or a PET SHOP! i love the idea of our webkinz buddies buying their own little pets!
I want the Blomming theme that used to be in webkinz Wshop I want it to come became for good.

I was thinking maybe a Peter and Wendy/Neverland theme. It might include a London bedroom set and a pirate ship set and/or maybe include such things a Lost Boys camp, little fairies, a crocodile a creek, a mermaid lagoon, an Indian village, or skull rock, as examples.
Oooo! This is right up my alley. Here is a list of all my ideas. Hot Chocolate shop, a zoo theme, a pet store, a bubble theme, a puzzle theme, a webkinz shop theme like for (example : a stand with webkinz plush on kind of like the chocolate stand), a cozy cabin loft, a big city loft, a peaceful garden theme, a sun room theme (example like one of those hanging basket chairs idk what they are called lol). Now those are my original ideas but these next ones are still my own but these might be trademark things soooooo yeah. Disney World/Land but webkinz style and cheese cake factory. But my favorites idea of all is a webkinz/ kinz con theme. Idk let me know what you guys think.
Oops I forgot one! My other idea is a join the adventure theme or adventure park theme!
Adventure Park Theme?? YESSS I like the sound of that!
