When you log in to your Webkinz Classic account tomorrow to claim your Summer Sensation gift, don’t forget to spin the Super Wheel! The Victorian Garden Tea Cart will be automatically added to your Dock as soon as you log in, but you’ll have to visit Today’s Activities on the Webkinz Classic Desktop App, for the chance to spin the Super Wheel. It will be set as an “All Day” event, so make sure you spin the Super Wheel before midnight, June 28, 2023.

He freezes for me, too, but I think that means he’s finished offering rares for the rest of the day. Have you tried checking with him early in the morning?
It’s true. He only ever freezes when he’s done with rare items for the day.
