The Victorian Garden Tea Cart will be automatically added to your Dock as soon as you log in, but you’ll have to visit Today’s Activities on the Webkinz Classic Desktop App, for the chance to spin the Super Wheel. Is anyone else having problems with deluxe membership auto pay? it says that it has charged me multiple times for this months membership but when i log into my webkinz account it says my deluxe membership hasnt renewed yet for some reason?? please help/advise seems weird and its the first time its happened to me so far

Can I please receive some actual customer service? the webpage is permanently down, the phone number sends me directly to voicemail everytime, and the email just responded asking for my password (something customer service should never need).
Customer service occasionally needs to log in to your account to verify an issue. They do not have access to your passwords and cannot log in without them. Many people change the password to something temporary and then change them back afterwards. There is no phone support.
I completely agree with you. I was concerned about this too because I was told that people should never ask for your password. In this case though, it does work although I agree with Sally in that changing your password to something temporary is best. On the topic of it, I am wondering why the phone number exists if no one ever answers.
