You can find the link to this special Deluxe Wheel of Wishes from the Today’s Activities page OR in the Wish Factory itself — both link to the same wheel and there is only one spin on this activity per day.
All players will still be able to find hourly Wheel of Wishes events on the Today’s Activities schedule, but only Deluxe Members can make the extra spin from inside the Wish Factory!

I was in shock when I saw the extra spin. Love it, deluxe membership does have its perks.

Some of the new items in the wish factory are so expensive that, as a deluxe member, I appreciate this, but to be fair to non-deluxe members, I think Wheel of Wishes should be available to all members at least once a week. It should be an all-day event in Things to Do every Saturday or Sunday, if not all weekend. After all, even though deluxe members can take an extra class and do an extra job, everyone can go to the academy and employment agency. I also think wish tokens should be able to be sent as gifts.
If nothing else, all the big weekend events — Wheel of the Month, Token Dartz, Wheel of Wishes — could at least come back for everyone on Saturdays, like it’s always been. For months now the Saturday ‘big all-day event’ events have been either non-existent, or only for the additional special pet (such as the Lovely Fox this month)…you don’t even know what it was until the event shows up Sundays for the bonus PotM spin.

Will the wheel still change consistently?
I was wondering about that too. If the wheels do change, can we receive an update on that from Dr. Quack?
I think that regular players deserve more spins, too. Sure, I have the money to pay for extra privileges, but the prices for some of the items in the Wish Machine is too expensive without LOTS of help. It should be more fair to those who can’t afford a Deluxe account.
I agree. For those people who aren’t allowed to purchase a Deluxe Membership, it can be a bit disheartening since Ganz keeps promoting Deluxe Membership so much!
