My Wheel of WOW in Webkinz World is stuck on #9. I have requested help, but have received no response. Has anyone else had this problem?
it hasn’t been working for time now, anyone know when/if they’re planning to fix it?
It hasn’t been working for us, either. I don’t think it worked in May at all. It was great, though. I loved the prizes, and the gemz. I asked customer service about it, but they said they didn’t know when it would be fixed. It’s a bit frustrating to have the wheel in my Kinzville but not be able to use it. :-(
Would be great if it was working. Hasn’t worked in a couple of weeks already. I never get a free spin any more. I’ve tried on two different occasions, and both times it has used my valuable gems :(
