Summer is almost here, so why not build a playground for your pets? If you complete this year’s Flower Collection, you’ll earn 5 playground pieces that you can arrange in your pet’s yard!
Here’s how to play: From May 1st – 31st, look for the Flower Collection Icon on your Kinzville Map and click on it to see your collection. Everyday, you’ll get 1 free Flower, just for clicking on the Collection icon (Deluxe Members will get 2 free Flowers a day).
Once you have received your free Flower, you can get 5 more throughout the day by asking your friends (by clicking the ASK FRIENDS button) or by finding and clicking on the floating Flower on WebkinzNewz.com (make sure you collect your free one first before trying to find one on Webkinz Newz).
Need more friends to help you complete your collection? Click the ASK FRIENDS button then click the NEED MORE FRIENDS? button to see other players looking for friends and add them to your Friends List.

Don’t leave your collection to last minute! You can complete your Flower Collection as many times as you like throughout the month of May so, the faster you collect, the more prizes you can win!

Is anyone else having problems with the prizes? I am on my second collection but did not get the playground sand tile either time!! Just like punk4life if you add me I will send flowers. Please remember you can only collect 5 per day. It does not mean your friends are not sending flowers, it just means you already had 5 that day so you don’t get more!! All 10 friends can send back flowers, you will only get 5 to your messages.
Hi machaela. Have you tried looking for the playground sand tile at the end of your decorations with the rugs? (It’s not with the furniture or walls and flooring.) That’s where I found it- I hope that’s where yours is!

I have a problem with people would ask for items to be sent and regularly ask me to send items for things they are building or challenges they are working on and of course whatever the latest collection (like flowers) going on. We didn’t have any collection last month and just for the heck of it I wrote don’t the names of the people I didn’t regularly see on my mailing list. So this month I would ask 2 of my regular dependable senders and 3 of the names from the list of webkinz friends that I didn’t really know. This way I would know exactly who sent flowers or not because they were requesting flowers or items from me so I knew they were online regularly. Most of these (but not all) never sent flowers back!??! I don’t understand this! It doesn’t cost anything to send, I had been sending replies to them and I am on almost everyy morning for at least a short while and when I was I alwas responded to the mail requests. Why don’t people reply? Has anyone else noticed this or am I just being too sensitive. If I continue to do this I will not finish the collection by the end of May and that includes get 2 flowers as a Deluxe member and 1 free from searching on webkinznewz every morning. I just don’t get it……
Please excuse all my typos and bad grammar – I hate that you cannot see your whole post until you hit “submit”. I just want to add I have over 300 friends on my list. I had more but started weeding out the friends that haven’t been on since Webkinz X started.
That’s too bad, Froggit. I always send flowers or whatever is asked for to all my friends. I have around 300 friends too and have been sending about 30- 40 flowers every day. My friends are great- I’m halfway through my second collection already! If you need another reliable friend, please add me -punk4life. I’m on WW several times a day and I send requests as soon as I receive them. (I live on the west coast, so I’m not on too early in the morning, but I promise to reply as soon as I can.) I don’t understand the sending items (flowers for example). How do you get the flowers to send? Do they come from your collection or do you buy them with your estore points or how do you get the items to send to your friends.
you can send flowers when people ask for them by going to your messages at the top right of your screen. (The icon that looks like a megaphone.) All you need to do is click on the send button and you can send them to as many friends as you like. I’ve been sending about 40 flowers a day to every friend who asks. It doesn’t cost you anything and the flowers don’t come from the shop or your collection. I hope that helps answer your question!

Froggit612 I have mentioned this problem as well. Like you I am on every morning and send requests to people and very few ever send but they all ask. Feel free to friend me, beerfeet, and you can count on my sending you a flower if you send me one!
Froggit now that I understand how to do this activity I am on almost every evening and I will send you what you ask for if you want to friend me. Hope this will help you finish your collection. :)
I’m sorry you’re having difficulty receiving flowers, Froggit612. I keep track of who asks and who sends just so I know who is currently active and playing this challenge. You can thank your friends by sending them a kinzpost thank you for being a great friend letter. I suggested to Webkinz they make a new subject for the challenges in Kinzpost just for this sort of thing. I hope they do it.

When it says you can only get five flowers each day from friends, does that mean that if more flowers are sent you just don’t get them? I wish it wasn’t limited, I’d love to get extras of all of these great prizes!
I like extra prizes too! If you want extras, you are allowed to restart the challenge and complete it as many times as you are able by May 31. (I’m Deluxe so I can always complete each challenge four times.) If you need more friends, I’m punk4life in WW and I’m there several times every day.
