In our latest Webkinz Classic release, we have updated the three Webkinz Next exclusive themes – Glampire, Neo Aztec and Victorian Mansion – to be non-sendable/tradable in Webkinz Classic. Only these three themes are affected.
While all of these items are available to earn just for KinzCash in Webkinz Next, it has come to our attention that some players have been trading and even selling these items as hard-to-acquire premium items, or even discouraging players from playing Webkinz Next so that they can trade the items for higher value.
When we designed the ability to send items from Next back to Classic, it was intended as a reward for players embracing our “Two Games, One World” message. This remains our goal and we will continue to create new items that can be sent back to Classic.
To be clear, all of these items, when available, are purchasable for KinzCash in Webkinz Next and can be sent, for free, back to Webkinz Classic to have on your Classic account. If you have not played Next before, your Webkinz Classic user name and password can be used on Next to start playing right away.
