levismom101101 Ganz has a notice posted on their face book page or twitter accounts saying they are trying to fix this problem and that you should be able to log on now and receive your box
GennelleWebkinz has posted a link webkinzsupport@ganz.com for those who did not get their box. At that link you will have to tell them your user name and that you have not received your first box. They will fix it for you. P.S. It might take a little time please be patient.
i have not recieved one either and i am really sad because on my other account i did which does not make sense
