Hey guys, I’m back with a look at the final 3 concept drawings for furniture that will be included in the Garden Oasis room theme. This brand new theme will be released in the W-Shop on July 4th and will be available for KinzCash!
Miss my last post? CLICK HERE to take a look…
This beautiful blue arch matches the look and feel of the table and chair that are included in this theme. I really like the pop of color the flowers add to this item:
I find this lamp post very enchanting. What a beautiful way to light up the garden at night:
Finally, here’s a look at a couple of designs for a garden patio floor tile. Which version do you like best?:
The 3D artist will use these concept drawings as inspiration when designing the final items that will be included in this theme. So, please feel free to leave your feedback in the comments section below….
YES a garden patio tile is exactly what i hoped for! i love the purple tiles and the zig zaggy design is cute but the straight lines of tiles would be better
Why can’t the floor tiles just have the 4 different views since you have been making other items whiach change when rotated
I’d like a one of purple patio floor tiles.
I prefer the tile with the grass and a couple of flowers coming up between the bricks – the bottom, or South, tile. Love the lamp post!!!
I like the dark grey tiles better than the purple hued tiles. I also prefer the off-set tiles to the straight bricks. So my preferred floor tile is the far left one.
YES OFFSET path on the left without flowers grey is BEST !! This will work in gardens and HALLOWEEN as well !!
The arch lamp are so pretty! All the patterns of the patio tiles are great! Could we have them rotate to change to each of the four patterns? Pretty please?
I wish there was an actual grassy flooring to go with this room along with the floor tile. The only grass flooring we have is in the e-store so it would be nice if there was a different one we could buy with kinzcash.
Hey Dipstick, isn’t there still the grass flooring in the Wshop? you could use that & put the patio tiles over it where desired. Or use previously released grassy floor tiles (Toadstool theme) for part of your floor & brick patio tiles for the rest.
Is there one in the W-shop? If you can find out please tell me what it is cause the only one i know of is in the e-store. I have been using the toadstool tiles but i can’t put the flagstone tiles on top, that’s why i want a grass flooring.
You are right, Dixiecup. The Indoor Lawn flooring is no longer in the Wshop. I’ve had mine forever – I mean from years & years ago – and have no idea when it was removed. My best suggestion now is to visit the estore, look under Webkinz Spotlight and then Room with a View. They have some amazing grass floorings, but be careful, the matching wall papers are dreadfully tempting! There are some nice grassy floors among the estore Room Themes offerings as well. Good luck I hope you find something you like!
hopefully more of those sets will be on sale soon, i only buy e-store items i need when they’re on sale so that i can save up points.
That is a thought. If they don’t do that for this theme seeing as it is so close to launch, perhaps they will do so in another theme down the road.
I LOVE all of these items. Is the garden patio floor tile a 5×5 square? I like the different rotations for the patio floor tile. Pittiesrule
I doubt it.. I’m thinking that floor tile will be a 1×1 square, maybe a 2×2.
Love the concept drawings! Are they created using a tablet (not ipad type tablet) with a computer graphics program? If so, which do you use? My son is going off to college for video game graphics/concept art in the fall. I always wonder what the “industry” is using, generally speaking.
In Podkinz, they said that Mike (the artist making these) uses an artist’s tablet with a screen and stylus. I don’t know if there is a specific program, since it might just be programmed into the tablet. Maybe they could tell you what tablet they’re using?
kitterztoo, you should watch the latest podcast episode, they discuss with the artist and how he worked to create these wonderful items. Very interesting.
The version of garden patio floor tile that seems to look the best is the right corner one as it will not add to the many indigo hues already being featured.
