Ty for the new update today. It still didn’t give back the full effect. My adventure theme beds. The head board is Blue, items in my yard still looks frosted. Can you please try it again. I’ll know more tonight when I go back in if the games n the mine improved. Ty for for trying.

Help. With the new update, I cannot open Webkinz Next on my iPad. I have over 10GB unused space and it still won’t open. I have unloaded and reloaded the game and no luck.

It says that you can collect prizes from a previous season. Anyone know how to do that? It was my first time buying a season pass and I did not get the last of my prizes before it disappeared. Help. Thanks

Is there a reason that the new update included (another) change to Kinzville Pinball? I don’t have an issue with the colors being brighter but some of the things you’re supposed to hit don’t end up showing the color at all anymore (so you can’t tell if you’ve hit them or not).

I’m not sure, but I saw issues too with color in the mines. When I see a rock that has colored minerals on it and I click to mine it, the color of the minerals suddenly disappear. I am also wondering if there is an issue on apple devices because I tried logging onto my iPad and it crashed out. I tried reinstalling the app and it would only work once when I logged in and when I tried logging in the second time, it would crash again. I hope all of these issues get fixed because I like the new update otherwise.

Starshine your correct. From yard, room items , the mines and the games just went off. Doesn’t look like it used too. How long will this be fixed? Plus it’s taking long to go to move to another building or property. I have to log off cause it get stuck.

    • rachelgirl192 says:

oh no, I have not seen that that. I was disappointed enough with the changes to Triple Strike Solitaire and ANOTHER change to the mines.

      • kalcan8 says:

Triple Strike Solitaire was one of my favorite games, but now the star bursts are making me light headed. I don’t need the stars. I just liked the game. It used to be easy to scan around the mine and see the different rocks that had the different colored sparkling gems in them, while the gemless ones were just dark. Now all the rocks look like they have white gems in them so I need to check every one. If the Ganz techs could just go back to the way things were, I would have a lot less literal and figurative headaches. Thanks for listening.

    • rachelgirl193 says:

I played both Pinball and Triple Strike Soliatire just now and I don’t understand why they changed it either (the same applies to Zingoz Bingoz – in this case, the change does not bother me thatm uch, but I don’t see a erason why it had to be changed in the first place). What does still bother me, however, is the blinking stars in Triple Strike Solitaire. It irritates my eye and especially in higher levels, when you need to open up several cards, and the stars don’t stop blinking, you need some time before you can see anything again. It was SO much better before, so no idea why it had to change at all. The same is true for mining. Now I have to go to every single rock to check if there is a gem hidden, whereas before, I could see it from a distance.

The Season was extended another day

      • 100dogs says:

That was so nice of you Thank you!!!

      • rach1794 says:

hanks Sally. Not that it’s a major deal, but as the weeks go by I sometimes fret over the weekly tasks left undone (for any number of reasons). Although I have always been able to hit the goal for all the prizes you never know when life is going to disrupt your routine. I never purchase the Season Pass until I either know I can reach the points or need to purchase the Pass with the extra points! Just wish there had been a heads up that the new season would start after the update – but that’s technology for you!

      • grandmaback says:

I too was worried I’d lose points because I start at Webkinz midnight. Thank you so much for extending the Season playing time.

      • rachelgirl193 says:

that’s good. I had the same problem, did it just before the update.

    • noodle21 says:

@DragonIsles I’m new to Next, how do you know when you’re behind?

      • noodle21 says:

I ask because I also do most stuff at midnight

      • kalcan8 says:

Hi @noodle21! Welcome to the club! I am not DragonIsles, but I’d like to try to answer your question. In Seasons, there are daily tasks totaling 50 points per day, as well as weekly tasks with varying totals. You need 2700 pts. to finish the Season. I am guessing that some players missed doing some of the tasks yesterday, and are therefore a little behind on where they would normally be by the second day. There are usually more than enough points offered to complete the season, even for people like me who have trouble reaching the necessary scores in some of the required games. You need to earn 540 per week to reach the 2700 by the end of week 5. Doing the daily challenges alone earns you an easy 350 pts. You hope to earn the rest with the weekly challenges. Please let me know if this helps. (sorry for all the math!)
