UPDATE: We are aware of the glitch with the Magic W event. At times, some players are not being awarded a prize when they click on the floating Magic W. This will be fixed on Monday, January 26, and as a result, we will be extending this event until midnight, Wednesday, February 4!

Floats, but no prize :(
I have been clicking on the W, but I’m not getting anything. On one account I did get one thing (snowy carpet tile).
I clicked on the W and got nothing. Why?
I see the floating W and I click on it and get absolutely nothing.
I clicked on the W and I got nothing at all.
Is anyone else having a problem collecting these floating Magic W’s? After clicking on the first two that flew by, nothing happened. The next two, I received a carpet tile. The fifth one, nothing.
The Magic W event is working poorly!!! Taking ten times longer to collect three floating W’s on one account GLITCH!!! No Prizes are being awarded when clicking on the floating W 90-95% of the time. Nothing happens when clicking the floating W on the desktop app, when playing on the mobile app (tablet) I keep getting a message 90-95% of the time as well when clicking the W that says…Failed to add com\webkinz\model\Collection; only a model/descriptor can be added to a model collection. OK button when you click on the button immediately are logged out of the account. Could you please pass this on to the Tech Wizards for them to fix this glitch. I would love to be able to win the grand prize Snowy Wallpaper.
The other 5-10% of the time a prize is awarded when clicking on the floating W.
I had an issue twice with the floating Magic Ws. Twice I have clicked on them, and nothing has prompted/appeared in my dock…
I’ve clicked the W 3 times and have only received 1 gift. What’s going on with that?
I hope that I can get the ice skate and mitten floor tiles.
