UPDATE: We are aware of the glitch with the Magic W event. At times, some players are not being awarded a prize when they click on the floating Magic W. This will be fixed on Monday, January 26, and as a result, we will be extending this event until midnight, Wednesday, February 4!
Look for the floating Magic W on your Webkinz Classic account, and click on it to win a prize! There are six winter themed carpet floor tiles to collect, and a grand prize: Snowy Wallpaper:

Having the same problem; no tiles awarded when clicking on the floating W’s
I got all four prizes, including the wallpaper, using the app !
You are lucky. It did not work for me on the app. The first one worked. The second one gave me a pop-up that said “Failed to add……” and then automatically logged me out before I could read the rest. When I logged back in on my computer it did not give me anything.:(
Sounds like this game is having problems, but I’m sure the Tech Team will fix it asap! I’m excited about getting the Winter Carpet Tiles! I only have a few of those left unused and have been wanting more! Hope they can fix the glitch soon! Thank you, Ganz/Team Webkinz! :-)

Logged out and back in; The glitch clicks do not award a prize.
I’ve clicked 3 floating w’s so far this morning. One gave a prize, the blue snowflake tile, and the other 2 gave nothing.
I am having the same problem. When you click on it you don’t anything. Please fix asap. Thank you Webkinz.
There is a glitch with some prizes. When you click you don’t get anything. The wallpaper and the white carpet tile works :) On ipad it closes the game. Desktop it just doesn’t award anything.

That grand prize snowy wallpaper is awesome! I got the white winter carpet tile today. It’s cool! Also, does anyone know if the 20 year prizes are coming back to the WOW?
