UPDATE: We are aware of the glitch with the Magic W event. At times, some players are not being awarded a prize when they click on the floating Magic W. This will be fixed on Monday, January 26, and as a result, we will be extending this event until midnight, Wednesday, February 4!
Look for the floating Magic W on your Webkinz Classic account, and click on it to win a prize! There are six winter themed carpet floor tiles to collect, and a grand prize: Snowy Wallpaper:

Free players are limited to one prize a day, full three, and Deluxe players can collect up to four prizes a day.

I’m actually more excited for the tiles than the wallpaper! They’re so pretty and I can always use more of them.
Having the same issue click on W’s and dont get a prize. :(
I’m still not able to get anything. Three days now. :(
same here. I have to keep logging in and logging out. When I click on the W and it doesn’t give me anything I log out and log back in, and it’s constant…grrr
is this issue going to be resolved?
Thank you for extending the event! I thought I was crazy when I did not get anything after clicking on the “W”. I usually have other things going on when I jump on the website, so I thought I was distracted and missed the item. :-)
where do you see they are extending the event? I haven’t even seen anything showing they are aware of the issue

day 3 and still having the same issues with this event :(
For some reason, about 80% of the time, nothing happens when I click on the W–as if I missed it! It’s a little saddening because I always jump to make sure I get it & it acts as if I ignored it even when I click on it successfully :-( and no items/prizes appear! Despite possibly going against my 4 (deluxe) for the day?
definately goes against the number of W’s I can click on. :(
I noticed that at least they don’t count toward your total for the day. I may have to click 8 times to get 4 prizes so it definitely takes longer!
