We are very pleased to announce that the WShop has gotten a makeover! It’s now easier than ever to find what you need!
All the main categories are listed along the left side of the WShop (New Items, Food, Furniture, etc…). Some of these categories have subsections that are listed along the top of the shop. Subsections mean that you can find what you are looking for faster. For example, in the old WShop there was only one main category for “Fun Stuff”. In the NEW WShop “Fun Stuff” is divided into multiple subsections like “Games”, “Books”, “Toys” and “Seeds”:
We have also made buying items easier! Before we were using a “check out” system and you had to add items to your “cart” before you bought them. Now, all you need to do is click the BUY button and your item will magically jump into your Dock:
Did you notice that you can also buy items with eStore Points in the new WShop? These are some of our coolest items available and to celebrate, we are giving EVERYONE 2000 FREE eStore points! The amount of eStore points you have is displayed above your pet’s portrait (next to your KinzCash). Want some more? Click on the green “+” sign to add more points to your account:
Remember, you must login to your Webkinz World account BEFORE April 1st to get your points.

This isn’t really that much helpful. I wish they had separated the E-Store items from the regular W-Shop items. It’s still cool though – this and the 2,000 e-store points!! YAY! -T2MW1-
Yeah, the points are nice but u can’t get much with them…… I wish they went to my Estore account rather then my webkinz, then I would be able to put them to good use…. also I think I liked the old store better. with the estore and Wshop separate.

You lied to us. You told us the “cool clothing” button would lead to the kinzstyle shop but it’s estore clothing! That is nearly bad as the signatures ending! If you are going to respond to this comment, you better also tell us why you are stopping the signatures, or im leaving ganzworld. (no, really.)
Hi Misty900. We’re sorry that you’re feeling frustrated with the new W Shop. In regards to the clothing issue, we actually said that the Cool Clothing button will lead to a special clothing section and that the KinzStyle Outlet button below it will continue to lead to the KinzStyle Outlet. But l still don’t understand the issue about the signatures. I hope this ! I can buy estore if I have some extra money. The new Wshop is good for me cause I forget my passwords if I have had to change them. I love the Signature pets, I am trying to collect all the cats. I would love a Russian Blue too!! With the new Wshop my downloads are quicker. I can’t figure out what the theme icons are in my dock for maybe Ganz can explain for us. The estore items in the new Wshop are not that bad ,I do like to look to see what they have. I thought Signature pets were a good opportunity for Ganz to make breeds of pets that were not made with the regular and small pets. Well, maybe you can try to bring them back!! And in a couple of weeks everyone may start to get use to the New Wshop!! Good work Ganz, catladyinpajamas
Webkinz, Please address why themes that used to be for all members are now only for deluxe. I have been loyal to webkinz since 2008 but with each new update that makes things “better” I question wether this game is worth my time anymore.
I agree!! I’ve been a player since 2009 and I am starting to question my loyalty. When you made my favorite game, Crafty Critters, Deluxe I stopped playing for almost two months. And this new store. I like it and all but there are less e-store items. What i wanted to spend my points on isn’t there anymore. I will still keep playing but i’m not sure if it will be worth my while if i buy any new pets. Especially if you are going to make playing on Webkinz boring for non-deluxe members. It’s just too expensive! I understand needing to make money. But I already have almost 40 webkinz! Do you need my money even more? Thanks, totomumu :-)
Ganz, please help. on my computer, when I click on the w-shop, it doesn’t load. but on my laptop, it loads just fine!!! please help!

I wish the E-point items were separated or that there was some type of filter. It’s a pain to sort through tons of stuff if I just want to spend E-points or W-points.

I agree, who ever thought this was a better way to go it’s NOT. What a mess I think it is a marketing stratige. I could be wrong but flashing what you can’t afford is not nice ganz. You should rethink this !!!
The W shop isn’t upgraded, just made tiny and really slow and really CONFUSING.
The WShop won’t even load for me! I get the load bar, it fills up, then it disappears and starts all over again.

The W Shop ISN”T improved at all! The desighn is cool, but it takes FOREVER to load & when it does I have trouble navigating it. Egsample, when I click furniture it’s automatically on flooring, & I can’t change to tables, seating, ect. Also, I don’t want the eStore items on the W Shop! It just makes things harder. And I LIKED the shopping cart! :( You could pick all the items you wanted, & you could find out how much you’d spend all together. If it’s possible, can you change the W Shop back? I’m not seeing so many possative comments, either… PLZ CHANGE IT BACK!!!!!!!!! :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :(
Or, you could maybe make and option where you could choose between the old W Shop & the new one, like, before it pops up for those of us who can’t use it easily or can’t use it at all.
I totally agree. I liked the old shopping cart. you could change your mind when it was in the cart too. now there is no chance. please webkinz bring back the cart !!!!!!

Hey, I had they same problem! I was using Google Chrome when it wasnt working. I used Mozilla Firefox and worked fine. (just a little slower loading than chrome) =]

I don’t mine it, it will take sometime to get used to, but what happen to the Sale section, I can’t find it? Oh and your dock goes alphabetical when you are in the Wshop/e-Store (i.e. A,B,C,D etc.), something I realized when I was their.
Yea, I noticed it was alphabetical too. I like that, it’s easier to find stuff. Really a great renovation! The only downside is that I think the e points stuff should stay in the e-store, but I don’t mind all that much. Nicely done, Ganz!!
Whenever I open up the WShop, it says that the Mega Modern theme is in my dock. That didn’t make sense to me. Help! -T2MW1-

Hi T2MW1, I have the same problem and also with the Sweet Treat Theme logos (both have 2). I think to get rid of them Contact Ganz by going 1) to the ‘Log in Page’ and Click on Customer Service. 2) Find ‘Comments and Suggestion’ and Click on it. 3) find ‘Our Question does not appear above’ and Click on ‘Others’ and Fill out the Form and what your problem is. Hope this helps

Yes, the sale section, that will be missed. I love that about the dock going alphabetical – great idea! I just wish it would stay alphabetical when not in the shop – hint hint
You should alphabetize the Tab Titles so you can find stuff easier. Also separate the E-point items from the W-Points.

love everything, i think the next step is to get the kin style outlet and shop in the w shop then we won’t thane to go to loads of shops they’ll be in the cool clothes and then the curio shop should be left alone
The kinzstyle outlet needs a serious price reduction. I’m one of those kinz that gets rare items and also gets broke. The outlet needs a serious makeover. Ganz, you xhould make a deluxe section, and an e-store section. Hope y’all gals and guys like my idea!!:)

Clear your cache. I was having the same problem until I cleared my cache. Happens with every major change Webkinz does. I’ve learned to clear my cache every time. Pain but what do you do?
I don’t like it PERIOD. Its just weird and it doesn’t work that well. I hope this is only temerarely
I don’t like it either. It’s confusing, it’s time consuming to find items, the icons are too small and it’s very difficult if not impossible to get into use. Personally I hate the change!!!

I agree! Please separate them or at least give us a filter option so we can filter out the e-store items. This is very confusing having them all mixed together. I am not looking forward to the next time I want to decorate a new room and have to sort through twice as many items, just to find what I am needing.
I also miss the cart! Kinzcash is not exactly easy to earn and many people buy w-shop items on a budget. Having the cart made that very easy, to see exactly the total cost before purchasing.
Please separate the e-store and w-shop items again and please give us a cart option back!
I love the new design, but I also think that these two changes (bringing back the cart and seperating the e-store and regular items) have to be made. Just a suggestion, Ganz! Great work all in all!

I agree, 4BubbaGump! It was so much better when the estore was separated from the W-shop. The W-shop looks cool and all but I liked it better when It wasn’t so confusing. They probably added estore items into the W-shop so that people would want to buy points really badly…….I feel so depressed when I see an estore item that would look perfect in my house and I see that I can’t buy it. (Sigh)
Oh, TinaKitty I agree with you. My granddaughter was perfectly happy until she saw the new Shop. At 4 she doesn’t understand why she can not have anything in the box. She could before, so why would they do this, to get the kids that don’t have money in their accounts to make sure mom and dad takes care of that. I do not like the new system and have started letting her buy from Arte only. Wow, what a thing to do to kids.
I agree with everyone that thinks the estore should be separated. When I went to purchase something I was told I did not have enough money. I did not realize that the W shop and Estore was put together until after trying to purchase something that was Estore item. Bad idea of putting the two together. Too confusing for all the the players especially the younger ones. Too many problems are happening with all the new changes at one time.Many days I could not even log in and lost out on the good things that was happening and something I purchased from the estore would not appear because it has the wrong code. This has happened twice in the last few weeks and these were estore items. I tried to find an exercise machine for a challenge and it took me way too long to go through everything to find it. PLEASE SEPERATE THE TWO STORES LIKE IT WAS BEFORE. Thanks

I completely agree, having the E Store items with all of the regular W Shop items is messy and confusing, you have to really look to see what is E Store and what is W Store, I really hope they change that!

AGREED – it was soooooo much easier to find stuff when it was alphabetized!!!! I do like the tabs, but please bring back alpha order!! I also agree to separate the estore & wshop items, even if one is just listed before the other. right now, it’s very frustrating for the kids
