We are very pleased to announce that the WShop has gotten a makeover! It’s now easier than ever to find what you need!
All the main categories are listed along the left side of the WShop (New Items, Food, Furniture, etc…). Some of these categories have subsections that are listed along the top of the shop. Subsections mean that you can find what you are looking for faster. For example, in the old WShop there was only one main category for “Fun Stuff”. In the NEW WShop “Fun Stuff” is divided into multiple subsections like “Games”, “Books”, “Toys” and “Seeds”:
We have also made buying items easier! Before we were using a “check out” system and you had to add items to your “cart” before you bought them. Now, all you need to do is click the BUY button and your item will magically jump into your Dock:
Did you notice that you can also buy items with eStore Points in the new WShop? These are some of our coolest items available and to celebrate, we are giving EVERYONE 2000 FREE eStore points! The amount of eStore points you have is displayed above your pet’s portrait (next to your KinzCash). Want some more? Click on the green “+” sign to add more points to your account:
Remember, you must login to your Webkinz World account BEFORE April 1st to get your points.

The W shop is wonderful! Prices seem to have sored.
This new shop is awful! It is hard to find things. It is mean how they put it all together (W & E shops). I can’t stand it. Boo!!!
I agree— I’m deluxe, but PLEASE separate the E-store items from this regular W-Shop items.
I totally hate what they did to it. I can’t find any items for my house because it’ll all choked up with estore junk. I love the estore stuff, but I don’t even think it should cost real money. Not fair. Ruins the game. I play all day and earn points and I can only get about half the stuff you guys make. Honest just hate the wshop now. Secondly, I like having a cart and seeing what I should get before just buying it. Ive been playing for 7 years, and they finally change it and its awful now.
I agree with you, melliexisme. Everywhere you go in Webkinz it seems you’re either urged to go deluxe or you’re being enticed to buy, buy, buy.
I accidently buy things I don’t want because now it’s instant buy I prefer the shopping cart and what’s with those useless symbols at the front of my cache taking up space. I miss the time clock. This change was done for deluxe members webkinz should change over to deluxe only so as to stop showing me what I can’t have. I’ve been here to long to leave on my own. Thanks for the free e-store points but it should have been 5000 to make it easier to find something to buy.
I like the new Wshop very much, a lot of work went into creating it. Thankz very much! and now a plea for help: Could you possibly add a search feature on the map of our Webkinz World to help us find items we have purchased?
I had over 200,000 kinzcash before the update, and now it has been reduced to 99,999 to fit in the 5 digit slot over my pet’s picture. You stole all my kinzcash! I want it back!
ganz wouldn’t take your kinzcash, so… change your password. quick. if any items go missing, CHANGE. YOUR. PASSWORD. also, check to see if any items are there that wern’t there before, in case you actidentily bought something and thats what happend to your kinzcash. oh, and check your friends list and your page and your rooms, to see if ANYTHING changed. CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD. also, try changing it every few months even if nothing weird happened, just to make sure no one will hack into your account. actually, mabye almost all people should change their password often. for secuirity. sorry about the long post…………………………………… >~pop~<
Hi tkdmomof6 and popy380. Thank you for your comments. Popy380 is correct on both counts: Ganz will never take your KinzCash away AND it is very important to change your password regularly. Re: the new KinzCash counter: it changes dynamically to how much you have and is not locked at a 6 figure maximum. Its horrible this new shop! but I am happy that you put the garden room back! XD
I like the new w shop although it was a bit tricky to navigate at first. The one thing I wish is that you could buy clothes straight from the W shop like you used to be able to do. Also, like other members have been saying it would be god to separate the estore points from kinzcash items. Overall it’s a great renovation. Love it!!
