We are very pleased to announce that the WShop has gotten a makeover! It’s now easier than ever to find what you need!
All the main categories are listed along the left side of the WShop (New Items, Food, Furniture, etc…). Some of these categories have subsections that are listed along the top of the shop. Subsections mean that you can find what you are looking for faster. For example, in the old WShop there was only one main category for “Fun Stuff”. In the NEW WShop “Fun Stuff” is divided into multiple subsections like “Games”, “Books”, “Toys” and “Seeds”:
We have also made buying items easier! Before we were using a “check out” system and you had to add items to your “cart” before you bought them. Now, all you need to do is click the BUY button and your item will magically jump into your Dock:
Did you notice that you can also buy items with eStore Points in the new WShop? These are some of our coolest items available and to celebrate, we are giving EVERYONE 2000 FREE eStore points! The amount of eStore points you have is displayed above your pet’s portrait (next to your KinzCash). Want some more? Click on the green “+” sign to add more points to your account:
Remember, you must login to your Webkinz World account BEFORE April 1st to get your points.

Thank You for fixing the problem. I can finally get into the wshop, and I did get the 2000 estore points. I’m soooooo happy! Thank You again.

I don’t like the marketing ploy behind having e-store items mixed into the W-shop. My daughter is too young to understand that e-store means REAL money and is getting very frustrated about not being able to buy the things she sees in the W-shop like she’s always could before. NOT liking the change AT ALL! :(

Definitely. It was set up as a children’s site and although some of us adults really love it too, it’s unfair to kids to put the estore and wshop items together. It’s bad enough that the kids can’t play half the games if their parents can’t afford to buy them deluxe memberships … not nice Ganz!
To cluttered. I also agree separate E-store from W-Shop. This is confusing to the younger children that like to spend what they earn playing the game. It gives them a sense of independence. Now they have to ask for real money. Very disappointed with Webkinz on this one.

I can not access either the new W-shop or the E-store… keeps flashing and won’t load. Please fix. Very frustrating.
Instead of changing something that didn’t need fixing why not fix the things that were never fixed when you updated the news. Like kinzapedia, Whats new etc. Kinzapedia is a mess and with over 500 pages and nothing in any order you can’t find anything. What happened to all the info you had before you took it down and updated?
I agree! It would be good to know where the item came from (what theme or promotion) too.
It would be nice if you had a separate tab for the Pet Specific Foods (PSF). With hundreds of pets, I need to page over way too many times in order to get to the regular food. If you can’t do this, then can you please put the regular food before the PSF. Thank you.

I can’t find the Pet of the Month items. Other than that, it will just take time to learn the new wShop.
Will we still get super beds? There is no place to click on to even see what the super beds are anymore.
