The Bed of Roses is retiring at midnight, July 1 (EST), to make room for a new Super Bed that will be released on Webkinz Classic, on July 2:
Superbed Gift Boxes are awarded by adopting your 10th pet, then every 5th pet after that. Drag a Superbed Gift Box into your room to choose any Superbed that is currently available on Webkinz Classic!

Oh I am so glad I got this bed when I got my green velvet fox! It’s such a beautiful bed. I am kind of sad to see this go. I don’t think I could get enough pets in time to get more. :(
Ok, perfect time for this question: does adopting medallion pets help us to earn superbed gift boxes? I know that medallion pets don’t extend our WW subscription. If it will help with the superbed count, I need to come up with a lot of good names in a hurry. LOL! I have a bunch of full, or almost full medallion pets waiting to be adopted. Please tell me whether or not I can continue to wait until I have more time to design their perfect rooms, or whether I just need to adopt them now, even if they have to sleep in the train station at first. :-/ (not the best option, but I really want that bed! Haha!)
I believe the answer is yes. I have gotten credit for medallion pets in the superbed count.
I redeemed medallions for a raccutie recently and it did come with a superbed box! However it is not guaranteed.
It should count towards a super bed box. It does for me.
Yes!! Adopting medallion pets does help get Superbed Gift Boxes. I adopted my Canada Goose on Webkinz Day and just recently adopted my 20 year Tiger after finally thinking of a name, and that awarded me a gift box – so perfect timing. I named her Twizzler on my main account. Go ahead and count your adopted pets and use your medallion pets to get the next multiple of 5. Best Wishes! :-D

Btw @alphacat, I love the name that you chose for your 20 year tiger! I have not yet adopted my Classic tigers (still trying to decide on names. I know, what a surprise!) On Next, I have 3 accounts. My Next tigers are named: Felix (meaning: happy & prosperous); Whimsy (playful, unpredictable), and Dante (everlasting – because that’s what we all hope for WW!) One of my favorite name choices was not allowed by the filters. I am not sure why, and I don’t know if I can print it here. It was Pizzazz (moderators – please drop it if you need to).

I have a few, since it’s been my favorite for years. It looks good to have multiples in the same room. But I’m always happy to get new additions. Off topic, but the Magic W’s are going so slow today for me, anyone else? I waited a long time in between the first and second ones, and the third never came.
That has happened to me when I waited forever for my second. I logged out and back in and it came.

Glad we were given a heads up. Didn’t know adopting the free medallion pets count as a pet toward the super bed box? Good to know:) I have been saving my bed boxes for the retiring beds. I will miss this bed but will make sure to pick up another. Have a great weekend:)
Hi there frankie! Yes – I’m so happy the medallion pets count towards Super Beds. I found that out a couple of years ago when I adopted another Kiwi pet. I’ll miss this bed, too, but I’ll bet there will be another awesome bed to take its place! :-)
Thanks for the heads up @frankie98. I never thought of saving my bed boxes for when a super bed is getting ready to retire. I’ll be doing that from now on.
