Once you collect all 12, you’ll receive a customizable 2013 Jack O’Lantern! Also, don’t forget to log in on Halloween to receive your 2013 Halloween Treat Bag! But once the sun rises on Halloween, these cool creepy treats will disappear into the darkness!
Oh great I have 9 candies from the ghost now. I will get 2 more candies today then I will have 11. I can’t wait to get my treat bag on Halloween but the next day I will have all 12 candies. I am going to be a candy person. Is that cool that I will be a candy person? You can also spend 1000 estore points on the candy. Right?

:) They mean the event ends on Halloween. The next day we won’t be able to collect the treats in the clubhouse if we missed any. Also if we miss logging in on Halloween, no treat bag.

It means that after Halloween night, there will be no more giving away of Halloween treat bags and you wont be able to get the special Jack o’ lantern by visiting the clubhouse.

Pretty much, you can get a piece of candy every 3 hours. Once you get them all, you get a prize.
It means that you can only get the prize on October 31st, there are no rain checks.
just go to the club house and go into the special feature reading room….there is a white ghost in there…just click on him and you will get a treat….after you have collected all the treats you will get the jack o’lantern

What is the part that you don’t understand? If you mean the very last of the paragraph, it is just saying that after Halloween is over these events will go away. This just means you will need to be sure to collect the candy from the ghost in the clubhouse before time runs out. (meaning the days leading up to Halloween) Also, log into your Webkinz account on the day of Halloween and you will get a special 2013 treat bag! :P Hope this helps!
I think they are saying that after the 31st you won’t be able to collect anymore treats from the ghost or get a bag.
