The Graduation Outfit Giftbox is NOT being added when I log in from the desktop app, but it was added when I logged in from webkinz.com via a browser. I tried 3 separate accounts to test it. If I log in on the desktop, no gift. But if I then log in on the website, I get the gift box.
Ah ha! I figured it out – once I “Quit” the Webkinz app & reopened it, the gift was awarded on the app. We are going to have to make sure we quit the app for updates.
If you have more than one Webkinz account, you have to Quit the app between each account.
