Hello Kinzville! Today marks another update in Webkinz World and I’m here to talk about what’s new!
- Our FIRST ever Deluxe Preview is coming this Friday, February 26th and runs until midnight, March 3rd! For those 7 days, you’ll be able to experience many of the fun and features of Deluxe Membership! If you’re already a Deluxe Member, you’ll receive a special prize–a Kinzville Times News Stand!

- Fixed room freezing when parking a vehicle in the south corner of room and removing pet

- Updated badges connected to various pets
- Fixed blurry image of prizes in Daily Delivery
- Updated pets’ emotional states based on Happiness/Hunger/Energy values
- Fixed KinzPost messages that were not being marked as read
- Fixed missing Zum Wallpaper and Flooring
**Update Feb. 25/2016*** There was an issue with missing pets in the room and opening the room map. These issues have been resolved. We are still investigating the issue with some outfits not appearing on some pets.

Since the update my Flying Circus Canon does not show up, it is only a big gray square. Please help.
Is anyone else having problems moving from room to room? I haven’t been able to move my pets to the gardens or other rooms since the update. I have sent an email to customer service with no response.
Hallo Sally, when the pets ask for things to do, you doing it, but the time don´t stop. You get no Points. Can you look into it. Thx

I have tried to go to the wish factory several times today, but each time, I am logged out of Webkinz. Are you aware of this glitch and when do you expect it to be fixed? I have an old challenge to finish and I need access to the wish factory.
I am not able to move my pets from room to room either, and have to take a convoluted route to switch from one pet to another. I am not able to garden at all. It seems every time there is an update something like this happens. Jobs, activities, and games freeze and crash without any warning at all, and this seems be getting worse all the time.
Just wondering….has anyone been able to visit the Wish Factory today? I get force logged out every time; I’ve tried clearing my cache, relaunching my browser, accessing from the “Things to Do” menu and from the map……is it just me?
Sally, I’ve contacted Customer Service about 2-3 weeks ago about my Ice Palace flooring being stuck in an underwater room and nothing happened. No emails, And my flooring’s STILL stuck. And now Webkinz isn’t working DURING DELUXE WEEK!! Ugh!
I have not seen this anywhere else. My pets are no longer responding to the completion of pet requests. If it says it wants to go on a trampoline, I put it on the trampoline, but the family points are not added and the request does not disappear. This is for all my pets’ requests – I have tried most of them, on three different accounts. Is this an issue that is being investigated?

i hope they get around to fixing the dock it keeps locking down when i play jumbleberry fields i have it down because it covers the buttons so you can’t spin or look for stars with it up
Try putting your dock away.
