- There’s a new game for all players at the Webkinz Arcade! Pet Party Parade is all about clearing away colorful groups of gifts to help pets make their way to the parade! The first time you finish all 30 levels, you’ll win a Pet Party Parade Trophy!
- January is all about celebrating Winterfest! While the snowflakes have now floated away, you still have until the end of the month to complete your 2017 Winterfest Challenge!

You’re all so lucky you get to play pet party parade. Whenever my brother, my sister or me try to play all we get is a big black rectangle. We can read the instructions and it sounds like a fun game. But we haven’t been able to play :( Is anybody else having this problem?

I agree… I played for a really long time, too! I got to Level 20. But I think that it’s good that there are three chances for each level. It gives you a chance to form some strategy.
I agree, the higher levels are challenging so 3 tries per level are great. There’s definitely a learning curve to some levels. Good Luck, everyone, to try to win the trophy!
Thank you for committing yourself to take place in becoming the new mayor of Kinzville Dr. Quack! I’m sure many people had loved you for all of the things you did since the beginning of Webkinz world!
I just want to once again say, I don’t think there should be any updates or adding anything new etc. until all the glitches have been fixed from months ago. There are still many things my grandbaby’s can not do on Webkinz, and it is also the reason I did not & will not Renew a Deluxe account for them. I am not paying for something that they cant use. There are way too many things that need to be fixed. Blast Quizzys, Employment Office, Most anything that has a Spin on it, and it goes on & on. These issues have been going on for months now and I wrote countless times to Ganz only to get told I should try a different way of logging in, like Chrome or Firefox. We have a a New PC that has Edge built into it, we do not use other ways, and nor should we have to. I have let them use Moxzilla only because they needed to finish a challenge or something, however we will not be doing that anymore & I am also considering just not letting them do Webkinz anymore as it seems Ganz does not care what there Customers are saying or the issues they are having. They just keep adding new things updating this & that and NOT fixing these issues.
Hi there–just some friendly advice…I have always had a Deluxe account & I am not having the issues you mention–sorry to say but grandbabies may need a different computer….I just read what you have written & do not know of EDGE, but I have a 2011 computer, use Chrome, & it works!!! I can tell you from the “snow pile issue” that the monitors from GANZ ARE listening!!!!! You just need to get a better attitude–sorry, but facts are facts…They are working on the updates, but (NOT being a computer geek myself) I can appreciate it was an overwhelming endeavor & it is happening gradually… I set a personal goal a long time ago & will share in case it is helpful–my goal is that they will have everything “fixed” by the time I reach the LAST FAMILY PRIZE. Am currently getting closer to next to last prize, so is working out quite well. NOW, if only I could find the “buddy” I earned very early on (I have well over 700 pets so cannot find to whom it is attached), I will be happy, HAPPY. Try a deep breath, it helps. Best, k.
Let me tell you this computer is New less than 1 year old. And my grandbabies don’t need another New PC. Edge is BUILT into this PC it is w/ the Windows 10 Version. If you has a NEWER PC you would maybe know that. And I wouldn’t have an attitude if I didn’t feel as if when I started E-Mailing Ganz MONTHS ago about these issues they would of been resolved. It is on GANZ to keep up w/ Technology not me.
Edge replaced Internet Explorer on Windows10 but it is not the best browser and especially not for Webkinz. You should consider Chrome, it is a safe internet browser and works well with Webkinz. As far as the spins, etc not working for the grandkids tell them to hide their dock when they are playing any games and they should then be able to spin without problems.
I had to get rid of my last PC because I had Chrome & it infected my COMPUTER w/ a ton of Viruses. Therefore I don’t use it anymore
Like the others are saying – you should try a different browser. All browsers are not made equally – different websites and programs run differently on different ones. Like mcfield, I use Chrome, and never have any issues with it. Wheels can’t spin when the dock is up (among other features on the website), and with one click, you can easily hide the dock and do these things. It makes it a lot easier to play Arcade games, too! And, if Edge is anything like Internet Explorer, you’re opening up your computer to A LOT of viruses, just by using it instead of a legitimately better browser like Chrome, which is lot more user-friendly and safer. Don’t punish your grandkids for something they don’t have any control over, that may have a very very easy solution that you’re not even willing to consider. It’s not very fair to them. :/
I have problems running the New game and Thanks to Sally she is looking into why Please give her time to figure this out on mine the game just does not load, i have sent her some infromation from my computer, just reports lets see what is up i have been playing for 12 years and remember it is a game
Sometimes you have to hide your dock to get the games to play. That is what I have to do on Google Chrome. I do not have the problems you mentioned either.
I also have to agree, if Edge is the new black in IE, then like its predecessor, the only good thing to use it for is to get another browser. And yes, it can destroy a computer with all the malware it can unleash on one. Do your grandchildren and your computer a huge favor and ditch it for a better browser ASAP. That said, I do likewise agree with you, hlw2008, there are a LOT of things that still do not work, or are riddled with other aggravation due to the Webkinz X changes that continue to make it extremely difficult to even want to continue to play at all, much less to justify paying extra for Deluxe memberships.
Webkinz is the ONLY WEBSITE I have issues with. So therefore it is a WEBKINZ ISSUE!
hlw2008, I feel your pain. I decided to cancel the auto renew on my deluxe (which I’ve had & loved for years) because this year was so frustrating with so many things not working at all much of the time. I don’t mind “paying to play”, but I most certainly DO mind paying & then not being able to play because of problems on ganz’s end..multiple emails to Customer Service, who have been very nice & tried to help me, only to have the same problems reoccur a couple of weeks later. I was unable to access anything in my own dock for most of last summer, & I’m a room designer….it just killed me! I actually paid someone to come & check out my computer, & the problems are not on my end. So I get your aggravation, it is taking a very long time to bring & then keep everything up to speed, and new issues keep arising as they add more things. On the flip side, all of my previously purchased, “disappeared” estore items are finally fixed, which makes me feel a lot better. (I got all my stuff back!) As for the company continually adding new things & features, they have to keep it fresh to stay in business, & I do understand that. When I get too annoyed I just take a break for a week or so & then try again. I sure hope that your issues with all of this get resolved soon (and mine too!) Good luck.

I’ve been so excited about the updates to the Wish Factory. Every Wednesday update I think they are going to fix whatever is going on with it, and then, nothing. It’s been months. I’ve been saving my tokens. Is it going to be fixed any time soon???
The issue with the Wish Factory not displaying the third digit was fixed. The prices were not errors.

Just an FYI to the Webkinz Team: The new pop-up “Monster Truck” movie ads make it almost impossible to navigate WN. The ads take up almost the entire screen and even after they have played through to the end, you can not get them off your screen to continue. How are we supposed to read the Newz, much less earn the prizes?
I’ve been able to just click off to the side of the ad and it goes away – even before the ad finishes loading. Hope that works for you, too.
although I must say I prefer the Monster Truck age-appropriate ads to the “Get in on ground level legal marijuana stocks” ads that have been circulating through. Really guys?
That ad has been reported and blocked. If you encounter questionable ads, please take a screenshot and send it to ganzworldsupport@ganz.com. Please include your country of residence at the same time.
Very much appreciate this Sally and Ganz. I have done this in the past with 2 other ads and you guys took care of it…I suppose I was just being lazy and hoping enough other folks would lend their voices…I will get on this over the weekend. Thank you for making the Newz equally safe and appropriate as Kinzville itself. People REALLY DO appreciate your feedback and attention to this sort of stuff. I know I do, for sure. Thanks again.
Oh wow, algorythems strike again! I haven’t seen any of these ads but I did see real world political ads running on the site during the American election. I found this innappropriate, reported it, customer service responded & said they had forwarded my concern to the correct department, & I never saw another one. I appreciated that.
That’s algorithms. Where is autocorrect when I need it?
Looking forward to the new prizes! However I am not a fan of the Monster Truck ad that is popping up in the middle of my screen as I am going through the pages of WebKinzNewz. I know the ads bring in the $$$ to keep new stuff happening but please keep them to the sides or top!
