Hi everyone! I’m thrilled to tell you about all of the new things we have happening in Kinzville over the next few weeks! Let’s take a look!
• We’ve added some new prizes to our Jumbleberry Fields game! The next time you fill up your jam jars, you can trade them in for some sour berry seeds, or possibly even one of two NEW fairy pet buddies! To make room for the new stock, we’ve retired some of the older prizes. Check out our earlier sneak peek Newz story to learn more.
• We’ve also added some classic collection prizes to the SPREE Mall! In case you missed out collecting them from previous collection events, or you just want to collect some more, make sure you save up your Mall Credits for the next time you visit the SPREE Mall!
• The winning item from our 2019 item design contest, the Polarberry Compass Quilt by lavandar, will be available to everyone in the WShop starting on Friday, June 19th! This cute quilt will look lovely on your pet’s wall!
• Have you been hoping for more options when decorating your indoor room with outdoor wallpaper? We’ve now updated our perimeter border fences so that they can go into ALL room types! It’s a fantastic way to frame your next fabulous pet room!
• There is a NEW Flutterbugged Arcade Challenge coming to Webkinz World from Monday, June 8th until Sunday, June 14th! Complete all the tasks before time runs out and you’ll win some Pink Tulips and some Superstar Sneakers for your pet, along with a NEW Flutterbug pet buddy! Check out our earlier sneak peek Newz story to learn more.
• We are running another Deluxe Membership FREE Preview week, from Monday, June 15th until Sunday, June 21st! Everyone will once again be able to try out all of the fun features of Webkinz World!
• My next upcoming Player Appreciation Day is on Thursday, June 25th! Log in to your Webkinz account on either web, mobile, or the desktop app to receive a KVA Graduation Diploma!
• Saturday, June 13th is our next Deluxe Day! If you’re a Deluxe Member, you’ll be able to play lots of bonus events on the Today’s Activities schedule! And while you’re there, don’t forget to pick up your special prize: a Wall Safe!
• Our next Webkinz Days of Play event runs from Monday, June 15th until Monday, June 22nd! Log in each day to Webkinz (on web or the desktop app) to receive bonus plays for some of your favorite Magical Forest Activities!
• Our 2020 Berry Fest returns to Webkinz World from Friday, June 19th until Sunday, June 28th! Watch for floating berries to click on and collect! You’ll also find some NEW prizes when you feed a Polarberry or a Goo-Goo Berry to your pet, along with some returning ones!
• Make sure you log in to your Webkinz account (on web, mobile or the desktop app) on Sunday, June 28th for your 2020 Summer Sensation gift: a Splash Pad Shower! Then visit the Today’s Activities schedule (on web and the desktop app) for a spin on the Super Wheel and a chance to win a sensational summer prizes!
• There’s a NEW Color Storm Arcade Challenge running from Monday, June 29th until Sunday, July 5h! Complete all the tasks before time runs out and you’ll win a Polka Dot Rain Coat that your pet can wear while they play on their NEW Color Storm Arcade Unit!
• If you’re a Deluxe Member, you know that you get a special bonus box each month. Inside is a box of random Pet Medallions, a box that lets you choose any item from the Tween theme, and a special piece of clothing that you can’t get anywhere else! The Deluxe clothing item for the month of July is some fantastic Fire King Robes!
• A new monthly challenge also arrives for Deluxe Members on July 1st! Complete all the tasks and you’ll receive a Royal Banquet Chair (from the retired Egyptian theme) that your pet can sit on as they enjoy something you’ve cooked up for them on their NEW Soup Station Stove!
• Our 2020 Marshmallow Collection Event returns for the month of July! Send requests to your friends, and for each marshmallow collection milestone you reach, you’ll win a fantastic NEW prize! And once you’ve completed your collection, you can start all over again, up until the end of the month!
• We’ve once again updated the prizes on several of our daily wheels! See what you can win on the Wheel of Wow, the mobile Wheel of Wow, the Wheel of Deluxe, and the Vacation Wheel!

All of these things are very nice. But how about fixing the stuff we have had for many years. What a waste of our money. Why not fix these items or at least tell us you can’t and we can give up all hope of these items ever working again. A lot of these items are still being sold, why?
I’m just curious, was the polar plunge trophy glitch fixed?
Yeah I got two bronze trophies instead of a bronze and sliver for finishing the easy and medium levels
I have not been getting my deluxe monthly boxes either… how do I fix this?

I’ve been Deluxe for a while now and didn’t know about the special Deluxe Box every month. I checked my dock and found one for January 2020, but no others. Has everyone else been getting theirs? I’m pretty sure I haven’t opened them.
I haven’t been getting them either! and I’m on almost daily…
That’s so odd- I have been a member since May and I got my May and June one so far. You might want to contact Ganz about it.
WOW! Thanks again for being so generous with the distractions during this time. Need to be better about spree. It sometimes makes the site lock and I’m hesitant to play. Marshmallow prizes look very nice. I managed to get one pet through to graduation, but now I’m reduced to a laptop and it’s not as fun or forgiving to do some of the classes or games. Thanks for the perimeter decoration update. I know I’ve been thwarted by that before. (but where, in my vast mansion, was it?) Expected the quilt hanging this winter, but ok, xmas in july. er, june.

Hi, super happy about these updates! I have one thing I want to share- when you apply a coupon at the W Shop and decide to cancel using the coupon, the coupon disappears! I recently lost a 90% off coupon that I was saving. :(
If you go to a different activity when it reloads it reappears, at least for me.
Wow! This is all really great stuff! Thanks, Webkinz Team :D I really really really liked the Fireflies and Grass tile from the Wheel of Wow before this update, will that prize return in the future for an event or on the WOW someday?
