Hi everyone! I’m thrilled to tell you about all the new things we have happening in Webkinz Classic over the next few weeks! Let’s take a look!
- My next upcoming Player Appreciation Day is on Thursday, November 19th! Log in to your Webkinz Classic account on any platform that day to receive a Holiday Silver Side Table Lamp!
- Our latest Webkinz Newz week event runs from Saturday, November 21st until Friday, November 27th! Visit Ella McWoof in her Webkinz Newz Clubhouse room to click and collect one of five random coins from our Webkinz Votes 2020 election event!
- Also during our Webkinz Newz Week event, we will be running a special limited-time challenge. Look for the challenge icon to appear on the left side of your screen (Webkinz Classic web and desktop app versions only) starting on November 21st! Complete all the tasks before midnight, November 27th (EST), and you’ll win a Webkinz Votes 2020 Coin Box to hold your collectible coins, along with a Webkinz Votes 2020 Podium!
- Of course, our Webkinz Votes 2020 event is still in full swing! The final candidate is our previous Mayor of Kinzville, Dr. Quack! Watch for his campaign speech on Sunday, November 22nd to find out about his plans for Kinzville! You can also meet up with him in the Kinzville Park (web and desktop app only) from November 22nd until November 27th. Each day you click on him, he’ll be giving out a gift box containing some cool campaign prizes!
- The US Thanksgiving holiday is on Thursday, November 26th! Log in to your Webkinz Classic account on any platform to receive a 2020 Thanksgiving Gift Basket containing a few prizes you’re sure to be thankful for!
- Don’t forget that right after Thanksgiving is Black Friday! Visit the Ganz eStore on Friday, November 27th to see all the amazing deals they have in store!
- The Bananza Trophy Challenge returns on Monday, November 30th! Only on the web and desktop versions of Webkinz Classic, complete all the tasks before midnight, Sunday, December 6th (EST) to win a Monkey & Monkey Banana Tree, along with a Bananza Trophy!
- Hope you’ve been saving up your KinzCash coupons, because a new Christmas room theme is coming to the WShop, starting on December 1st! The winning entry from our earlier fan design contest was the Mod Holiday theme by Resonatingthunder. Pick up these cool and modern holiday decorations from the Webkinz Classic WShop across all platforms before they disappear at the end of the month!
- Also returning to the WShop only during the month of December are the Painted Glass Menorah, the Ornate Menorah, and the Colorful Christmas Tree! You never know when they’ll be gone for good!
- The Candy Cane Collection Event is also returning once again during the month of December! Visit the Map of Kinzville on the web and desktop app versions of Webkinz Classic. Click on the collection icon and then ask your friends to send you candy canes. For each milestone you reach, you’ll get a Mod Holiday themed item that can’t be purchased in the WShop! And once you’ve completed your collection, you can start all over again right up until the end of the month!
- SanataKinz is returning to the Clubhouse from December 1st until Christmas Eve, December 24th! Line up to sit on his lap and tell him what you want in your Christmas Gift Box on Christmas morning! Afterwards, you’ll get a postcard in your KinzPost with a picture of your pet with SantaKinz as a merry memento!
- If you haven’t adopted a Snowy Retriever Puppy yet, we are running another pet medallion event throughout the month of December! Watch for floating medallions on all Webkinz Classic platforms. When you see one, click to collect it. Once you’ve collected enough medallions, you can use them to adopt your own Snowy Retriever Puppy!
- The Checkers Arcade Challenge arrives on Monday, December 7th! Only on the web and desktop app versions of Webkinz Classic, complete all the tasks before midnight, Sunday, December 13th (EST) to win a Game Board Wall Clock, along with a NEW Crown Me Throne!
- Countdown to Christmas runs from Monday, December 14th until Christmas Day, Friday, December 25th! Visit the SantaKinz room in the Clubhouse (found only on the web and desktop app versions of Webkinz Classic) and look for Ms. Birdy. Each day you click on her, she’ll be giving out a special holiday-themed prize! Don’t miss a day!
- DELUXE MEMBERS: Your new monthly challenge will arrive on Tuesday, December 1st! Complete all the tasks before the end of December and you’ll receive a Holiday Lights Hat, a Festive Cranberry Wreath, and a NEW Mod Holiday Piano!
- If you’re a Deluxe Member, you know that you get a special bonus box each month. Inside is a box of random Pet Medallions, a box that lets you choose any item from the Tween theme, and a special piece of clothing that you can’t get anywhere else! The Deluxe clothing item for the month of December is a pair of Holly Sprig Glasses!
- Our final two Deluxe Days this year are on Sunday, November 24th and Saturday, December 12th! If you’re a Deluxe Member, during those days you’ll be able to play lots of bonus events on the Today’s Activities schedule! And while you’re there, don’t forget to pick up your special prizes! November’s Deluxe Day prize is a Wall Fireplace, and December’s Deluxe Day prize is a Webkinz Christmas Tree!
- We’re running a Holiday Bake Sale event from Friday, December 11th until Thursday, December 31st! Look for the cookbook with all the recipes when you log in on the first day of the event, or you can pick one up from the Books section of the WShop. During the event, visit the Kinzville Park in Webkinz Classic (web and desktop app only) and look for the Gingerbread Elf. He’ll be giving out random food ingredients that can be used to create some classic Webkinz holiday themed items!
- Our Essential Workers Challenges continue into the month of December! Look for the details and prize descriptions here on Webkinz Newz, and then watch for the challenge icon to appear on the left side of your screen (Webkinz Classic web and desktop app versions only). - We’ve once again updated the prizes on several of our daily wheels! See what you can win on the Wheel of Wow, the mobile Wheel of Wow, the Wheel of Deluxe, and the Vacation Wheel!

My head hurts from trying to keep track of all the upcoming events mentioned in this article, LOL! I’m so excited for them, though. It’s good to know that there’s going to be so much to do here during the holidays with the fact that we can’t physically go out anywhere to celebrate the holidays this year. Thanks again Sophie! Wow! This is the longest update that I have ever seen! Thanks for the Holiday Silver Side Table Lamp, Mayor Sophie! I like the coins, podium and coin collection box for Webkinz Newz week. It will be so nice to catch up with Dr. Quack again and see what he has in store for his campaign platform this year. I’m looking forward to the Thanksgiving gift basket and the Black Friday sales at the estore. (I will need to be careful not to overspend!) I’m excited about the new Mod Holiday room theme by Resonatingthunder, and can you get over that gorgeous wallpaper?!? And my breath caught when I read that the prizes for the candy cane collection event this year are items that go with the Mod Holiday theme and can’t be purchased at the Wshop. What a fantastic idea, and a great incentive to participate in the event! I can’t wait to visit Santakinz and not have to worry about social distancing!! Is that guitar wearable?!? (Please say that it is!!) Thanks for the opportunity to add another adorable Snowy Retriever to my growing webbie family. The checkers challenge is tempting, particularly that new “Crown Me Throne” prize. If I can play against the hosts, I think that I will give it a try. I can’t wait to see what Ms. Birdy has for us this year! Her gifts always bring so much holiday cheer! That new Mod Holiday piano is lovely! The deluxe day prizes look awesome! AND a holiday bake sale?!? Thanks for sooooooo many goodies!!
So much going on, so much to look forward to!! I Love the new theme, as well as the extra pieces! And I’m glad they decided to bring back the medallion event again!! I was hoping it would be for a new pet after two years, but seeing as there’s so much else going on and so much other new stuff being developed, I understand and am glad it’s going to be done at all! Maybe next year. I think I’ve already decided to go for a third Snowy Retriever to live in the new theme! Can’t wait!!
Hmm…must have double clicked on something…was warned I need to slow down, but this is my first comment in an hour…oh, well. Anyways…Don’t forget the three new masks are available in the Kinzville Outlet starting today. OH Boy, I am a total sucker…gonna buy 100 of them to cover my 70 critters on my single account and have a few extra for future adoptions. Masking all my pets until covid crisis is over is my little way to honor those that understand we need to protect ourselves and others during the winter/holidays.
I am unable to wear a mask and I am really hoping that Webkinz will make a mask shield like I have to wear so my pets can be more like me. Its not fun having to get all the unkind looks from people on my way to my Doctors office because they think I don’t care about protecting others. I wish I could just be like everybody else. I am glad you are doing this for all your pets. I really wish I could wear a mask too. Its really upsetting. :(
Hi StarrLoop, Wearing a face shield that is pulled down over your nose and mouth is most appropriate..my sympathies that some give you looks or attitude about that. Drives me crazy seeing those that have their face shields tilted out so far it only covers their eyes. And, don’t even get me started with those who wear masks with their noses uncovered.
Dear percarmoa, The very same warning happened to me a couple weeks ago. I rarely post comments, but on my very first attempt the other evening, I was also given a warning to slow down. Maybe it is a glitch or something? Idk, just thought it was worth mentioning.
Wow! So MUCH to do in Webkinz World during the remainder of this year! Maybe too much? (sigh!) I think I will have to pick and choose which contest/challenges I will do. There is no way I will be able to do them all. December is usually so busy at our home. I’ll do what I can. Wishing all players the best of luck.
