Hello there, it’s me again—your mayor, Dr. Quack! I’m pleased to tell you about all the new and exciting things we have planned in Webkinz Classic for the next few weeks! Let’s have a look, shall we?
- Our Acorn Collection Event returns on Thursday, September 1st! Throughout the month of September, visit the Map of Kinzville on the Webkinz Classic desktop app. Click on the collection icon, and then send requests for acorns to your friends. When you collect certain milestones of acorns, you’ll receive a relaxing Kinzville Spa prize! And if you finish your collection before the end of September, you can start collecting all over again!
- The September Employee of the Month challenge also starts on THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 1ST! If you complete all the tasks before the end of September, you’ll receive some Painting Overalls for your pet to wear while they work atop their NEW Painter’s Ladder!
- Our next Player Appreciation Day on Webkinz Classic AND Webkinz Next is on Thursday, September 8th! On that day, log in to your Webkinz Classic account on the desktop app and then visit the Today’s Activities schedule to click on and receive your special prize for September: A Sky High Sundae Cap! On Webkinz Next, look for the prize notification in your Message Center at the top right corner of the screen. PLEASE NOTE: This prize CANNOT be sent, sold, and traded on Webkinz Classic.
- Our next Webkinz Days of Play event runs from Saturday, September 10th until Sunday, September 18th. Log in each day during that time to receive some extra plays for your favorite Magical Forest activities.
- Our 2022 Fall Fest event runs from Monday, September 19th, until Tuesday, September 30th! Watch for floating leaves to appear across your screen on Webkinz Classic (desktop app AND the mobile app). When you see one, click on it to receive a fun fall prize!
- Once again during Fall Fest, you can also collect complimentary prizes by picking up some 2022 Fall Fest Soda from the Ganz eStore, or from the WShop for eStore Points. Feed the bottles of soda to your pet for a cool prize matching the 2022 Fall Fest leaf prizes, and for a chance to win this year’s grand prize: a Kinzville Spa that your pet can stay at!
- In September, Deluxe Members will receive their monthly gift box containing a Deluxe Medallion Gift Box filled with pet medallions, a Retro Rainbow Theme Gift Box which you can use to choose an item from the NEW Retro Rainbow room theme, a Wish Token—and of course—the month’s special clothing prize: a KVA Dress Uniform!
- The Deluxe monthly challenge for September starts on THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 1ST! If Deluxe Members complete all the tasks before the end of September, they’ll receive a Freshly Picked Pumpkin to decorate their room next to a NEW Weathered Shed!
- Hey, trophy collectors! We are running another Where’s Wacky Trophy Challenge during a Wacky Weekend Event– from Friday, September 16th, until Sunday, September 18th! Complete all the tasks before midnight, EST on September 18th, and you’ll win a Zingoz and Zangoz Ice Pop, along with a Where’s Wacky Trophy!
- Our next Deluxe Day is on Saturday, September 17th! When the day arrives, just visit the Today’s Activities schedule on the Webkinz Classic desktop app to get your special prize for September: A Sturdy Study Bed!
- If you’ve adopted an Autumn Bunny from the Ganz eStore, collect a Autumn Patio ?? Box from the Today’s Activities schedule (Webkinz Classic desktop app only) on Saturday, September 10th and Sunday, September 11th! Inside you’ll find precious pieces from the Autumn Patio theme!
- And if you really something sweet, make sure you drop by the Kinzville Park (on the Webkinz Classic desktop app) on Saturday, September 17th and Sunday, September 18th! Look for the Peanut Butter Pieces Tree in the park and then click on it to collect Peanut Butter Pieces each day! If your pet still craves peanut butter, you can pick up your own Peanut Butter Pieces Tree at the Ganz eStore!
- We are also running another Bake Sale 3 event in the Webkinz Classic Kinzville Park starting TODAY. The Bake Sale 3 Stand will continue to appear whenever there are no other events on in the Kinzville Park until September 20! Visit the Kinzville Park each day to look for the stand each day and if you see it, click on it to get your gift box. Inside you’ll find a random baked good which you can either feed to your pet, or you can use it in a stove recipe to create a special prize! You can find all the recipes in the Bake Sale 3 Cookbook, available in the “Books” section of the WShop, under “Fun Stuff”.
- Once again, we’ve updated the prizes on our daily wheels! Check out everything you can win on the Wheel of Wow, the mobile Wheel of Wow, the Wheel of Deluxe, and the Vacation Wheel!

hello webkinz staff thanks sally i have asked since august the first, week after the update on the webkinz next game i cant log in at all, i have emailed and got responce back from webkinz support, but still the app doesnt work, it wont load, i was worried today with the classic i play it all the time, why are we haveing a hard time, now, i use a desk top windows ten, and i cant get it to open it loads only half way, and the reinstall and stuff not working i read it could be the place you get the app is that true, microsoft, wont let us download it, or update, today i thought ok i get to play, i hope to find out why soon, i miss next, but i still love classic it was very slow today to, and i had to log out come back, it hard to email people cause they get different people, and they ask so many questions, i trust you , sally and i use to call the ganz when i buy items i hope they can see what is wrong, maybe make a list for us like it says you should be able to use it on this device but its not good at all. thanks,

Hi Sally Webkinz, per your suggestion I put the Adventure Scouts Sleeping Bag back in my dock and then put it back in a room but it’s still not working. I haven’t seen that any one else is having this problem but I can’t believe that I would be the only one. Thanks for looking into this.
Are your pets not actually sleeping whenever they are on the sleeping bag? I am having that issue too
I was HOPING that the Wacky Ring Pop food would be fixed with this update. I still can’t send the Ring Pop Candy through kinzpost – very disappointing.

I agree about the dress. It’s nothing more than a recolored version of the current one. Most of the time the Deluxe Day prizes are wonderful, but this one misses the mark.
I agree. I can’t imagine many people want the same lack luster dress in a different color
Hello Webkinz staff. I have been unable to successfully login to Webkinz today. I use a Samsung Galaxy Note8 smart phone. I have tried clearing the pages, restarting the phone, and trying 2 different Webkinz accounts. I get error messages like “invalid session” and “nuts and bolts etc.” Can you please fix this? Thanks.
