Ok I was able to send it to my Classic account today, but when I clicked on the option to pay to keep the item in NEXT as well, it didn’t work. That’s ok because I didn’t really intend to use in NEXT as well, but I’m glad to have it on my Classic account. Thanks for the gift, Webkinz :)
If the code is not working for you, try ALL CAPS. It would work for me on lower case. So I tries all caps and then it worked. :) It’s very cute. TY Ganz
Has it been decided that it won’t work on an iPad or iPhone? I have tried ALLCAPS, Firstlettercap, & alllowercase. I am hopeful that it will work soon! Sally Webkinz can you help?
We are unable to add that feature to iOS/MacOS because of Apple’s rules.
Why does it work on my iPad? It’s an apple tablet that runs on iOS.
I tried to send it to my classic account but it says unknown error please try again tomorrow.
Is the code case sensitive? Do I need to worry about which letters are upper case and lower case?
I can not get the code to work no matter what I do or try. I don’t understand why.
Type it as one word and make sure you’re using the Windows or Android version

Sally I can’t get the code to work on my iPad or iPhone
Unfortunately, community codes are only compatible with Windows and Android per request from Apple
It worked nicely on my iPad!
I am having that same issue also. I have emailed support.
Support told me not to use the red letters/punctuation from the picture banner at the top of this article. That is what was causing the code not to work. Start at the beginning of the actual article, using the red letters from the article only. Also, use all small case letters. Hope this helps everyone who is having issues!

Yes, the code is redeemed on Webkinz Next, but the prize can be sent to Classic.
I’ve been trying to send a copy of the hat stand to my classic account, but a message appears saying there is a problem and “try again tomorrow”. Has anyone else encountered that?
@Aslan1979–several times…and I’ve been trying daily with no luck. Hopefully Webkinz Support can fix this :/
