The jungle zip line looks so fun… hopefully I can get it when my deluxe membership renews next year! :) Also, congrats to the other finalists, too…. both of your designs were wonderful.. I couldn’t pick a favorite!!! Even though they didn’t win, I think they were great designs, and hopefully Ganz can make an item similarly to them someday!

I asked this question before and can’t find where I asked it. Do we get the yearly Super Deluxe item if we just renew our deluxe membership automatically? That’s how my account is set up, to renew in the spring just a little early for my birthday – this was originally was my older sisters account and she gave it to me when she didn’t want to use it anymore. So it is set up for automatic renew every year. Does that get the Super Deluxe gift?
Hey Froggit612! I’m not 100%, but I think you’re supposed to get one when you renew.. however, when my membership renewed the last two years, I never got the super deluxe item (and this year, I didn’t receive the pet, either). I’m not sure if it does this to everyone or if it’s just me…. Although, if you don’t end up receiving one, I think emailing Ganz might help… last year I emailed them about not getting the pet (I forgot to tell them about the item, though) and received the pet’s special code. I hope I was able to help a bit!

The super deluxe item is only given for a “new” deluxe membership, so if you are on auto renew you need to CANCEL it at the end of your current deluxe period. Wait a day & order a new deluxe membership to get the item. I hope this helps you guys.
