Hello again Webkinz Newz readers, Ella McWoof here with a special report! From Friday May 8 (starting at 10 am) – Monday May 11 (ending at noon) you’ll be able to vote for a new theme to be released in the W-Shop!
You’ll have 5 themes to choose from (see concept drawings below). Look over each concept drawing carefully because once the winning theme has been decided, the concept drawing will be used as inspiration for the rest of the items that will be included in the theme.
The first theme you have to choose from is the Hotel theme. This theme would have bright, colorful furniture that would be found in a hotel lobby, restaurant, and hotel room. Here’s a look at the concept drawing for the Hotel Lobby Chair:
Next is the Lemon Drop theme. This would be a bright, light room theme inspired by lemon drops, sugar and sunshine! The Lemon Drop Armchair looks very colorful:
The third theme you have to choose from is the Webkinz Sweet 16 theme. This theme would feature items that would be found in a teenager’s bedroom. Here’s a look at the concept drawing for the Cheeseburger Bean Bag Chair:
Next is the Sweets & Treats theme. This theme would feature candy inspired patterns and textures. Here’s a look at the Sweet Stripes Dining Chair:
The fifth and final theme you have to choose from is the Clothing Store theme. This theme would include everything you’d need to build a clothing store in your pet’s room including the Changing Room Chair:

I like all of them! Accept the lemon drop theme! And itsn’t there already a sweets and treats theme? it’s a rare theme… So I think i’ll vote for the hotel theme! Looks really cool!!!! I just hope my least favorite doesn’t get chosen like last time -_- I do like the clothing store and sweet sixteen ideas a lot too! I might vote for each once!

I can’t decide I like the Sweet Sixteen theme and the Hotel but the Clothing Store seems like it will be cool, too! I think The Sweet and Treats theme was part of the last vote? Does anyone remember?
I’m pretty sure the Clothing Store Theme was also offered the last time we were asked to vote for a new theme.
I think you are both right and I’m glad they’re still offering them as a choice, I like all these themes really, except Sweet & Treats because I feel like we have something similar to that theme already, twice. The Candy Hearts theme we just got for Valentine’s Day & the Sweets ‘n Treats theme that was like a gingerbread house that’s in the Curio shop now. BTW, I finally thought of something really cool to do with indoor furniture placed outside! I put 2 Gingerbread TVs from the Sweets ‘n Treats theme together with the screens facing each other & it made the coolest gingerbread mini-house to go with my gingerbread cabin in the Christmas Woods! (my reindeer, Tundra, is so pleased)
