Magic Castle or Come and Play Theater.. but leaning more towards the theater. And I agree with the other comments- having My House as a appreciation gift sounds amazing for all players :)

Personally I love Griffin Falls
I adore the idea of the My House Cottage, but I agree that it should be available for everyone to have. Maybe a Monthly non-Deluxe Challenge or Appreciation Day gift or something? For a Super Deluxe Item I’m thinking maybe the Magic W Castle with lots of fireworks or the Come and Play Theater if it were animated.

Griffin Falls would make a great addition in my garden room. I also really like the Deluxe Steam Boat, it looks like it would be a lot of fun.
