Hey guys, it’s Michael Webkinz and I’m here with a special announcement from Webkinz World Headquarters: we need your help to decide on a NEW Christmas room theme to be released in the W-Shop (for KinzCash) during the holidays!
We’ve come up with 3 ideas for you to choose from and made a concept drawing for each. Keep the concept drawings in mind when you vote because the drawing will be used as inspiration for the rest of the items that will be included in the theme.
You can vote for your favorite room theme from September 12th – 14th right here on Webkinz Newz. Once we announce the winner, keep checking back often. We’ll be showing off concept drawings as the theme is being created allowing YOU to leave feedback and offer ideas as to what we should name each item:
A theme that looks like it has been made out of Gingerbread. Each piece is decorated with icing and candies:
The patterns on this theme resemble candy cane stripes. This theme is not “made” out of candy but it does feature Candy Cane stripes and patterns on the fabric of the furniture:
A cozy, furniture theme that looks like it has been decorated for Christmas. Should use red, white and green colors & patterns:

Oh, gingerbread… Candy Canes… Why cant we have CandyCaneGingerBread? I vote for Candy Cane Lane!!!
1- candy cane lane, 2- gingerbread house 3- Home for the holiday There was one already with the candy theme that had gingerbread walls wasn’t there??? I love candy canes so that one would be delightfully yummy and eye appealing.

Personally, since it has been a while since we have had an indoor Christmas theme, I think it would be great to have all three. What fun and what a surprise for WW players! It would be amazing!

ROOM THEME IDEAS FOR CANDY CANE LANE: CANDY CANE COUCH: The couch should have red and white stripes like a candy cane. I also think it should have little green white and green swirly mints as side pillows. CANDY CANE CHAIR: I think a green and white striped chair would be nice so it would be a little different from the couch. It could also have a side pillow. CANDY CANE BED: I think the bed should have candy canes on a wooden head board and red and white striped blankets. I think it would be a great idea to have regular pillows plus ones made of mints. Hanging a stocking on the end of the bed would be awesome because there wasn’t one incorporated into the fireplace. CANDY CANE TABLE AND CHAIRS: I think the chairs should come in both red and white, and green and white stripes so we can mix up the colors a bit. I think the chars should have candy candy curving over the back. For the table I think the legs should be made of candy cane but not the actual top. I think it should be clear with some snowflakes carved into it. CANDY CANE RUG: I think a big white rug with light blue snowflakes on it. CANDY CANE COOKIE TABLE: I really think we need a table with Santa’s cookies and milk on it! Just a little side table would be great but whats Christmas without The cookies and milk! CANDY CANE DRESSER: I think it would be awesome if the dresser was candy cane patterned but had a mirror attached to it with little snowflakes on it. Thats enough for now! Thanks :)
I’ll have to agree with the majority of comments and vote for the Candy Cane Lane theme. It looks very nice and cozy and who doesn’t like Candy Canes.
