Ganzsupport does nothing. I’m having the same issue with purchasing estore points and it’s been five days since I sent in the problem with no response.
If it’s about eStore Points, it’s faster to contact the eStore directly: 1-888-818-8770 (9am-5pm, M-F EST).
I honestly have to agree. My Tawny Pup’s gift box still won’t open, I’m contacted Ganz Customer Support twice with no response, and I’ve waited years (literally) and the glitch hasn’t been fixed. Any ideas or suggestions for what to do?

I really agree, princessmurr. To me its just the brown cheeky monkey dyed pink. And as you said, ugly. I do like the PSI but i wouldn’t get the pet because of that. In my opinion, ganz has made two complete opposite pets this month; a huge hit (the mini pinscher) and a huge miss (this pink monkey).
