    I would name my Enchanted Giraffe Zarafah. The word giraffe originates from the Arabic word “zarafah,” which means “one who walks swiftly.” I believe it is important to remember the roots of where words spring from.

      That’s interesting, luckyplus. Thanks for sharing that. I like to study linguistics, it’s quite fascinating–and fun to learn about where some of our common words came from. My mom likes to study name meanings and origins, another fascinating subject.
