For several days, I cannot click on “Log In” and get to that screen via Google Chrome. I can log in via Firefox, but being connected only lasts a few minutes, and then my Eager Beaver Kinzcash turns to NaN and I get logged out. I cannot find any answer on your Facebook page or by googling the problem. Any insights? Thank you. Have been wanting to become a Deluxe Member for me and my granddaughter, but do not want to pay for a service I cannot always log on to.
Well, I have not have any if these problems because I use Safari on my Mac :) ~~~~*Uggluver79*~~~~

Wow ganz, I must have missed something somewhere! I am certainly not running any faster, if anything I am running slower (and my laptop is only 3 months old so it is not my computer!) not to mention logging in ha ha ha I am lucky if I can get in and a ton of my friends haven’t been able to log in for a couple of days for petes sake! If I have said it once I have said it a hundred times, I REALLY wish they’d fix what was wrong with the current system before adding a bunch of new stuff that most people prefer that they hadn’t and then of course all the “new and better” just makes it worse come on ganz!!!!!!!!!!!!
Usually takes two or three tries to get in.. Today it took only one. Good work Nuts & Bolts. Love the new build your own city.
I haven’t been able to log on to WW today. It may be faster, but what good does that do us when we can’t log on? I’ve tried several times today, even through the Parents Area and nothing works. Really getting frustrated over this. Please fix ASAP Ganz!
I have not been able to get on for the last 3 days. When were the upgrades done? Does anyone know what the problem is?
