Yay! this is so awesome! a prize every day for 365 days!! YIPPEE! (on a unrealted note) > ~Gennelle, me and my pet Angel the Love Puppy wrote a fan letter to Ganz (Fiona Feathers) and i’ve heard that people normally get something sent back. I sent it on the day the last fiona feathers fan mail came out on WKN. Why haven’t i recieved anything back?
Fiona does her best but sometimes letters can take a long time to reach Webkinz HQ! Give it some time and you’ll hear from us :)
What do the shopping bags do?
Hi katully, those are shopping bags that can be won from SPREE, when you drag them into your webkinz room, you get road pieces from SPREE. :) Hope I helped, but if you are still confused, just reply and I will try my best to explain. :)

Speaking of prizes I still have not gotten my Christmas box, tech help was no help I have not gotten my Deluxe box or estore reward money for January. WHAT’S UP????????????????????????????????????????????
This is a known glitch. Please email Customer Support at webkinzsupport@ganz.com with your username and they’ll help you out. Please allow a few extra days for them to reply, as they’re dealing with a large volume of requests.
