We’re taking a look at one of our favorite Webkinz Next games, Atomicolicous!
This fun game is player-vs-player, so you can face off against Sparky by selecting the ‘Play’ button or play with one of your friends by selecting the ‘Vs.’ button!
Atomicolicious is a match-3 game. Swap two different colored atoms to make a row of 3 or more atoms of the same colors. Swap by clicking on two atoms that are next to each other on the board.
The more lines of three or more atoms you make, the more you fill up your beakers on the left side of your screen.
There are four different colors of atoms to collect: green, yellow, red, and blue.
There are wild atoms that can be matched with any color of atom to make a line.
There are also grey atoms which don’t contribute to your beakers but can still be combined with other grey atoms to make a line.
There’s also KinzCash! You earn KinzCash with each turn, but when you make a line of three or more KinzCash symbols, extra KinzCash is added to your winnings at the end of the game!
And watch out for droppers! When you or your opponent make a line of three or more droppers, it takes atoms away from your opponent’s or your beakers!
When you make a line of four or even five atoms – or KinzCash, droppers, or grey atoms – you’ll earn a bonus turn.
The first player to fill all four of their beakers with 12 atoms each wins the game!
But even if you lose you win because you get to keep the KinzCash you earned, And if you win you win because you get bonus KinzCash!

oh my, this is one of the best W games indeed (for me, ranked as best in a tie with triple strike) but i don’t have time for games anymore with the challenges getting my time ;( ALSO, i share RRB’s question–HOW CAN WE GET THE CHAIR ON LEGS? can we please have a challenge or find it in the wish boutique?? please :) best, k.

One of the few games that doesn’t have a glitch on Webkinz.
Well, it actually does with a glitch that makes your pet’s eyes pop out. But I do appreciate that the glitch is at least not impacting how the game itself can be played.
True, but I still wish they’d fix it since it’s so creepy-looking.
I agree. That glitch does discourage me from playing the game because all I can concentrate on at times is how the eyes of my pets pop out at me.
This game on Webkinz Next is fun to play. We get to see and hear Sparky talk with us while waiting on our turn. Nice graphics.
This is one of my favorite Next games. Even if I lose to Sparky, I still almost always win more KC than him, so that helps to take the sting out of losing. I am not comfortable enough to play against another player because they are inevitably a master (think ‘Queen’s Gambit’ level!), and I choke under pressure. I will continue to just be happy swimming in the shallows and playing against Sparky. I seldom have the heart to draw first blood with the droppers, even when the opportunity presents itself. Once Sparky uses the droppers against me though, then the gloves come off, and he’s in for a royal pounding!
Atomicolicious has got to be one of my favorite games to play in both Classic and Next and I usually use all of my plays on it each day. But when it comes to the multiplayer feature, is it possible if we can choose which individual on our friend’s list that we can go up against specifically? And have that friend receive an invite saying that we want to play Atomicolicious with them? I tried doing the multiplayer feature and I keep getting put against random players and over half of the time, they leave the game halfway through, using up one of my free plays for the day and causing me to earn half the kinzcash I normally would in comparison to when I go up against Sparky.
This is one of my absolute favorite games on Next! I try to make time to play it every day. One issue with it ever since the last update is that it makes our beautiful pets look so ugly now lol. Their eyes bulge out and they just look really creepy. I hope this will be fixed soon because it’s so distracting. I also kinda miss seeing my pets while I’m playing Triple Strike Solitaire. They completely disappeared from the corner where they’d either cheer me on for doing well or give me a look of disappointment when I’m not after the update.
