UPDATE April 27, 2021: Shipping from our warehouses has now resumedÂ
Due to increased COVID lockdowns in Ontario, Canada, GANZ has decided to put a pause on Webkinz Plush Orders until at least May 1st to ensure that customers do not experience delayed shipping of their toys. For players who unlock the opportunity to order a Rainbow Retriever or Rainbow Unicorn, we will be extending your order window by 3 weeks to cover this pause.
On May 1st we will reevaluate the situation and if safe, we will resume orders and shipping of our Webkinz Plush pets.

So why is everything everything in US price if ganz is here in Ontario? Why is the e store in USD pricing? It sucks for us Canadians. We have to pay more but live in Canada. Very confused!!!

Oh no. I was going to order a webkinz plushie I still don’t know yet. Is this happening in the United States cause that’s where I live at. Or is this only happening to Ontario and Canada? This is very disappointing )’: . Covid is messing up a lot of things )’: . So sad. Hope this gets fixed!

You could try buying them from Amazon.com , that’s where I got mine. The price went down a little to. Try ordering it from Amazon.com

The price went down there! I can also think of other online place’s that sell Webkinz stuff. Walmart.com, Target.com, and Ebay.com. I remember a long time ago Webkinz stuff use to be at Five N Below. I wonder why they stop selling them there. I use to love going to that store to buy plushies! I’ll probaly start buying stuff from Amazon, thanks anna!

Are the ones from Amazon shipped from the Ganz warehouse though?
Amazon up and going strong! I have a family member who works for them, and another who is applying. We are on the east coast in the U.S. Are the Next plush already on Amazon, or just the Webkinz Classic?

I live in the US also. Where I live is just across a bridge from Ontario. Usually we go back and forth many times each year. Since the Pandemic we have not been able to visit friends and family in Canada. They can’t visit us either. I’m sure that if people get the Covid vaccine things will get better much quicker. Encourage your friends and family to get the vaccine…I did and didn’t even have a sore arm. So get vaccinated and hope everyone does because then everything will start to get better.
I have family in Canada, too. And they can’t come over, because the border is closed. :(
Absolutely! I had to smile when I read your comment, because I live in Canada and I was eligible to register today to get the vaccine, which I did. So I’m just patiently waiting for my turn!
If the factory or warehouse is in Ontario, as it appears to be, they will not be able to ship any plushies to anywhere until the lockdown is lifted.
So, If I did an order last weak on Thursday April 15th, will I get my package in next few days or in May? Really hope it will be sooner then the May. I’m sorry for the inconvenience though. Hopefully everyone will be healthy soon and everything back to normal. Thank you for the response!

I don’t really care because I don’t have any webkinz classic or webkinz next plushes and I’m never going to be able to buy any :(. I still feel sad for ganz and people who wanted to buy them though :(.
I know! I have the Unicorn, and my sister has the dog, so I think were fine, but it’s still really sad for the ones who want them. :(
