Webkinz Room Designs – July 25, 2022

I will be announcing the finalists for the latest Room Design Awards on Thursday, July 28! Any Webkinz Classic or Webkinz Next room that was featured in a room design post since the last awards were held, is eligible for the finals. We have even made a Webkinz Next version of the Room Design Trophy, which will be awarded in the event a Webkinz Next room design wins, so it can be displayed proudly on a Webkinz Next account.

In any case, you may see one or more of today’s designs among the list of finalists, since they are all eligible for the awards. There are twenty in the group, including a Wacky Playroom, Plumpy’s Palace Boutique and a Lakeside Cottage Campfire… Good luck designers!

Congratulations to today’s designers! Once again, you each have the chance to become a finalist the next time we hold the Room Design Awards.

Thank-you for featuring my room design. The campfire area had already been put together, but I took this screen shot as a bit of a nerdy Star Trek joke for my husband. The Chimpanzee I named Spock, because I think it does resemble the character of Spock in Star Trek. I had him sitting at the camp fire and entitled this picture “Spock Observes Old Earth Custom: Toasting Marshmelons”. This is from Star Trek V. Spock, Kirk, and McCoy are sitting around a campfire when Kirk asks Spock what he is doing and Spock replies, “I am preparing to toast a marshmelon”. When I showed the picture to my husband with the title “Spock Observes Old Earth Custom: Toasting Marshmelons”, he just about hurt himself laughing so hard. ♪♫LadyBeauty♪♫

Thank you for sharing the story behind the design as it adds so much depth. Now I will go back and study your room design some more (and I will have to have a Star Trek marathon with my family. LOL!) Congrats on the feature!

    Thank you for featuring me!

I truly think Next should have its own room design page and contest. Classic has been around a long time and should not have to compete with Next.

HUGE congratulations to my wonderful friend frankie98 for being featured this week…I absolutely adore your Plumpy’s Palace Boutique room and love how you combined elements from various themes that blend beautifully together to create a cohesive and eye-catching design!!! Such a fantastic job, and congratulations to all on your amazing and creative designs!

    I haven’t seen Frozenanna2 posting in a long time — I hope he/she is ok!

    • Roxy616 says:

Hi, ojibwa, Just wanted to let you know that I think frozenanna2 is okay but just isn’t posting much these days…There was a recent incident with a tornado demolishing much of the town where she and her family live, and although frozen and her family members are all safe and were not hurt, I believe there were several in the town that were injured and/or lost their homes, so I think she’s probably just taking some time to recover emotionally from the devastation experienced in her area.

    • babyreeree says:

      I hope she’s ok too.

These rooms are all really well designed! I loved the play on words for the Wolf Den room name by NanaCrazy. haha. I love seeing my own rooms here. Thank you for honoring me. This time I designed the SPIDERS! room.
