Maybe cuz u haven’t adopted a webkinz in a long time. if that is not true then sorry, i don’t know anything else
Are you sure it said expired and not retired? A retired Webkinz can be bought and added to your family but it might cost a little more because Ganz has stopped making the retired ones so they are more rare. Hope this helps!
