I shouldn’t post this here, but can someone help me please? I keep trying to login to my Webkinz account and I keep getting an error message saying “That info is incorrect” please help me. I play on the mobile version, google play store

Excuse Michael, but what do I do if I can’t get a respond?
I am sure you have already done these things, but keep in mind I am just trying to help. Make sure your caps lock is not on, passwords ARE case sensitive. Make sure you are typing the current and correct password and if using numbers and a number pad, make sure num locks IS on. Send an email to Ganz and pray. Good luck! I hope you are able to get things working again. oh one last thought …. does your phone or tablet keep you logged in to your account (normally) ? If worse comes to worst try uninstalling and reinstalling and then trying to log in . ….. and make sure your fingers are on the right keys! tee hee, these are all mistakes that I have personally made.
