Yes, it is deluxe clothing July this year.
I think you might have mistaken the date with the Fire King Robes. The Fire Queen Dress actually got released in July 2011 while the Fire King Robes did get released July of this year.
Thank you crystalfawns53. I have the fire king robes, but I was not deluxe in 2011, so I missed out on the dress.
