I’d name the Tuxedo Chihuahua Ebony St. Ivory
I would name him Gato
I think I would name this little adorableness candy and get another named bash.
I used to have a tuxedo cat named Bandit. Since it is a Chihuahua, I’d name it Bandito.
If it was a girl I would name it Tally, Or Kimmy. If it was a boy I would name it Richard or Tucker
I would name him Oreo.

I would name it “Kevin”, which means handsome.
