Read the “can’t log in, strange message about Intercept” comments. I had a new modem installed today by a Cable System technician, along with new cabling upgrades to my house. I was afraid that was causing me to get that message. Relieved that this forum has messages/comments from others so I know it’s not just me.
My Webkinz classic desktop version also says unauthorized attempt to intercept communications :( When will this be fixed I can only play mobile edition

Having same issue here which may be a sign of a security breach. The system is taking action to protect your account by terminating your session to prevent unauthorized access. It is important to note that this error message is not specific to any particular action or behavior, and it can occur for various reasons, including technical issues or potential hacking attempts. I found this info online. I think we just have to wait till Webkinz makes sure it is safe to play.
I am experiencing the same issue as other people in the comments- Mobile is working; the PC is not, and I also got the error.
I cannot access webkinz classic today 10/4/25. I am locked out saying”unauthorized attemptto intercept communications”. Please fix
Fully unable to log in at 9:15am – “Unauthorized attempt to intercept Webkinz communication was detected. To protect your account your session was terminated. Please try later.” :(
I am also unable to log in to Classic. I get the message “Unauthorized attempt to intercept Webkinz communication was detected.” However, I wasn’t able to play the pirate chest in Next either. I could open it, proceed to play, but couldn’t play it. That screen was just a pretty picture. When I left, the chest disappeared. It is a sad day.
