BREAKING NEWS: Ella McWoof here with an election update. Well, folks, the votes are all counted and Kinzville has spoken! It’s my honor to introduce your new Mayor of Kinzville – Sophie Stockwell!

Thank you, Ella, and thank you all! I am so honored to have the privilege of becoming mayor to this fabulous town!
Of course, first of all I would like to thank my esteemed opponents. Dr. Quack has done an excellent job as mayor of Kinzville for the past two years, and I know he will continue to do great work until I take over as mayor on January 1st! PJ Collie may have fallen short in the vote count, but she never falls short in her work ethic or fashion sense! And while Dex may not have the power of the mayor’s office behind him, he will always have his star power.
Whether you voted for me or one of my opponents, I just want you to know that I truly appreciate each and every one of you – which is why it seems so fitting that I ran on a platform of offering a player appreciation day each month! I look forward to sharing an eStore gift with every player each month so that you can all get a taste of the fabulous and fun stuff that eStore has to offer.
As mayor I promise to do my best to make you proud - and to make Kinzville and so fab so fun! Thank you and see you on January 1!

While I am Happy for Sophie, I’m really sad to see Dr. Quack go. Now they will retire him had we will probably never get to see him again and that to me is sooo sad.
He’ll most likely come back next election season to run again, so don’t worry! We’ll probably see him again.

Can’t say I’m surprised Sophie won. I think they could bring the clinic back without the pets randomly getting sick. You would have the option to visit the clinic once per day, and it would be random whether that one pet were sick or not. If he were, Dr. Q would give him medicine or whatever, and you would go away with a “good patient lollipop” or something. It would still help kids learn that going to the doctor isn’t scary, but it wouldn’t have the annoying element of your pets getting sick on you at random times.
I kind of miss the clinic – and frankly, my pets were very rarely sick. It was much less annoying than having my pets demanding that I go play Quizzy’s Question Corner every five minutes.
For real! Especially when they come up with something like answering 17 questions! Nope!
