There are 3 Rare Themes in Webkinz Next and all of them can be sent back to Webkinz Classic!
The Aztec, Victorian Mansion and Art Nouveau themes can only be purchased in Webkinz Next. The only way to add them to your Classic account is to send them from your linked Next account.

I could use a Desert Oasis Theme to use on that sandy beach, it is really in need of creativity. Also, a German Christmas Village theme with year around snow. My Christmas house looks really strange with green grass and a Santa Sleigh in the front yard.
I think it would be awesome to see a room theme with more storage aspects. For example, a loft bed with storage and a built in desk that you can actually place items on. It would also be cool to have something more quirky, like how you have the whimsical wonderland and kooky scientist themes for classic. As someone else said the current themes just feel kind of dated, so it would be nice to have some balance with something more modern. :)
i wish the gothic, or the what is the pink and white, princess looking room called, love to get those items. I’m so sad I never got the tub or the piano from the gothic theme. but the tub is estore I think the piano was from wish factory and retired before I could save up enough tokens. I think. or I’m not lucky to see the pink and white princess stuff enough, in curio shop. love these that you have showing they look so nice, would love to have that one the Victorian, that couch looks so pretty.
I would like to see some older themes from Classic updated with new designs. The Next Dog theme is a good example and I wish it could be sent or introduced for Kinzcash purchase in Classic. A newer frog theme, baseball, or cat theme for Next that is sendable so that they are good for both Next & Classic would be great!
I think they will start migrating Classic over to next.
As someone who cannot juggle much more than my Classic accounts regularly and only get on Next periodically, I would like to suggest a strawberry cream or orange cream theme, a leopard fabric theme in a fun colour like turquoise or maybe a new school theme.
I’d love to see something inspired by Baroque or Rococo! Gold and marble, opulent shapes and swirls, candelabras, the whole lot!
I would love a Cinderella theme, a Fairy Castle theme, or a Magical Forest theme as a rare theme in Curio on Next. Also I have to agree that it seems the Aztec theme appears in the Curio shop on Next MUCH more often than the other two themes. It seems almost every day there is something Aztec for sale. It’s frustrating when that is not the theme you are collecting.
Do children play Next or just adults? I, honestly, cannot see any child really liking any of the above themes. They all look like something that would appeal to adults, imo.
I would say adults because who can afford to keep up with the game financially
A lot of the rare themes remind me of the Nancy Drew games which I started playing when I was about 8. I obviously can’t speak for everyone but younger me would have loved these themes back then as much as now. Not everything for kids has to be “cutesy” or whatever.
I agree. My daughter plays, but she’s not interested in the current rare themes at all. She kind of views it all as bulky vintage furniture, which she is not at all into. I doubt the themes are well received by younger players in general, but the rare items might be more geared towards adult players anyway? The seasons are always on point. Maybe they want to focus more on that for the younger players, while giving us older players some semblance of classic with the rares. That’s my thought anyway- I could be totally wrong lol.
I polled some kids and they said the game isn’t that great lol. I am not sure but the older players , especially those who spark hundreds of pets, are probably the one of the main reason the game is still sticking around.
I would love to see The Mad Scientist Lab brought to Webkinz Next.
