When you see the ad with the ghost, click on it. It will take you to Webkinz Newz where you can collect a Community Code for your prize.
Community Codes can be used once per account and expire at midnight on November 30, 2016. You can redeem your code in the Code Shop on webkinz.com.

For 2 days my sisters and I looked for ad with code everywhere, but only could see ads to look for this ad! It is not Halloween yet to trick us, better give us treat!
