When you see the ad with the ghost, click on it. It will take you to Webkinz Newz where you can collect a Community Code for your prize.
Community Codes can be used once per account and expire at midnight on November 30, 2016. You can redeem your code in the Code Shop on webkinz.com.

If this is anything like the last time there was a glitch Ganz will probably post the code for all to use. especially with all the complaints. It’s too bad they couldn’t of fixed it earlier and save all of us some time!!!

No ad with code for 3 days already, just give us code for this window, and forget about it!

Will the ad be going an extra day since no one could find it over the 3 days it was supposed to run?
Has ANYONE found the ad this weekend? Has ANYONE from the Webkinz/Ganz company answered any of our questions about this issue? I wish we knew what the problem is. Wish they would just let us know what’s going on. :-(
