Every weekend, look for the Ghostly Giveaway ad that shows the Ghost and the prize, as below.
When you see the ad with the ghost, click on it. It will take you to Webkinz Newz where you can collect a Community Code for your prize.
Community Codes can be used once per account and expire at midnight on November 30, 2016. You can redeem your code in the Code Shop on webkinz.com.

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! Thank you, Ganz, for giving us the code for the moon window! I know you think that “hunting for ads, for prizes” is fun, and sometimes it is. But..honestly, that is not usually true. It’s very stressful and very time consuming. Please fix YOUR program issues. Our computers work fine, but not when we play on Webkinz. Fix your Adobe Flash Shock Wave programs. NONE of the other programs on my computer ever crash, just yours. We spend LOTS of money on Webkinz and expect better than this. But…THANK YOU for being kind to all players by giving us the code. At least we know you DO care.

Same here, played all thee days and not ad. :(
I’m on early right now. I’ll check later and see what the Ganz staff will do about this. I have a feeling that at the very least we will get to find both ads this coming weekend. Best case…they will issue the code for the window and troubleshoot over the week for this weekend.
