Every weekend, look for the Ghostly Giveaway ad that shows the Ghost and the prize, as below.
When you see the ad with the ghost, click on it. It will take you to Webkinz Newz where you can collect a Community Code for your prize.
Community Codes can be used once per account and expire at midnight on November 30, 2016. You can redeem your code in the Code Shop on webkinz.com.

I have seven accounts and was on all weekend – saw it, but only ONCE!
What helps me is I keep looking around at different daily pages to change the ads on the side. It helps get the ghost to appear. It takes a while sometimes. Don’t give up :)
