Contests to win pets are great … except when that is the only way to get the pet. I wish we could have the option to buy if we don’t win since only 5 people will win.

Chicago Made, Ganz is doing a contest on Facebook right now called the Winterfest pet giveaway. Every week until April, randomly chosen people get one of 104 new plush Webkinz pets. And I think just that contest is enough. Don’t give them ideas. Plenty of us (along with our parents and grandparents) don’t have Facebook accounts.
